So I stumbled across someone who I do believe is the king of all anti-maskers. Ethan Schmidt is his name (and don't worry its public record) but the internet has given him a different moniker: Pubeface. Fair warning, you will feel the cringe on this one.



Pubeface apparently takes up the anti-masking crusade as a literal holy war as he roams around retails stores confronting random masked strangers and making low-energy rants about 'mask nazis' and 'America traitors' and telling people they 'cant hide their face from God' despite apparently trying to do just that with this grotesque attempt at a beard he's clearly not ashamed of (but should be). But his antics don't stop there...

It's quite logical that masks don't prevent the spread and sickness. Covid is a virus. All viruses enter the body via bodily cavities. There are quite a few bodily cavities...Much more so than just the mouth and nose which are the only bodily cavities a mask protects.

Besides, the Covid virus lasts for a few days. Besides, the Covid virus can be transported to any bodily cavity via the fingers, for example. If the head isn't covered, for example, the Covid virus on the head can be transported to any bodily cavity.

Masks don't work. It's just critical thinking.

 

I spent over a year trying to enlighten anti-maskers, almost another just trying to crush or embarrass them with metric fktonnes of data. Today I don't have anything left in me but mockery, which I'll spare you of.

 

The idiots are the ones running around with cloth masks. I am against mask mandates but when the next covid spike comes, I'll be wearing an N95, this even though basically all states will have abandoned the mandates for reasons of the 2022 elections. They should have abandoned the mandates because they are stupid.

The disease spreads on tiny water droplets which carry the virus which pretty much can't survive alone. Hell, it can't really survive in the water droplets well enough to survive MUCH beyond 6 feet,but I shouldn't say that because some conservative will come up with a single instance of where one virus survived to 6 ft one inch in a laboratory and conclude I was LYING to support the Forces of Evil and Oppression and Mask Wearing

Here is how I look at it. I am against a mandate for masks. I am not necessarily against them. If someone wants to wear one, by all means wear them. I personally am not a fan of them.
If I were to go into a business and was told that a mask was required, I'd either put one on or turn around and leave. The only reason I'd stay and put one on, is if the business was something that I needed and could not get their product/service someplace else. I would not argue or be rude to the person.
However, both sides have been rude when someone isn't following their "rules". A friend of mine went to the store with his wife. This was at the onset of the mask mandates. He didn't want to wear one so he stayed at his truck, while his wife went inside to shop. He was outside of his truck, smoking a cigeratte. He was also parked out in the outer region of the parking lot, away from others. This woman spotted him standing by his truck without a mask on and went up to him and started yelling at him for not wearing a mask. Mind you he was socially distancing, outside, minding his own business and smoking. The woman had to go out of her way to get near him. That is just one instance.

 

The pores of N95 masks are still larger in diameter than the diameter of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. It will not stop any sort of infection from occurring.

 

Me too. It violates one's freedom to make one's own healthcare decisions. It violates "my body my choice" (the ACTUAL my body my choice, aka bodily autonomy, not the my body my choice that attempts and fails to rationalize baby murder).

I am very much pro-mask. Masks work wonders FOR THEIR INTENDED PURPOSES only... Stopping or preventing the spread of viruses is NOT an intended purpose of masks; masks do NOT work for that purpose. Their pores are far too large and viruses are far too small.

The virus does not travel by itself. It lives in saliva and liquid. It travels on aresol particles which can be blocked by the N95 mask.

Some of the viruses do, yes. But remember that those aerosol particles are so small that they evaporate almost instantaneously.

Viruses are all over in the air, on their own, and can get through the pores of any mask that a person wears around (including N95s).

Yup. Lets list other things that don't work and therefore shouldn't be used and, according to anti-masker politicians, should even be banned by law.
