And now that "black folks" aren't having to compete with illegals for jobs at the Cloverhill Bakery more "black folks" will "get a chance".

Different matter. See the crap generalization about black people...

How about a serious e-verify system so we stop employers from hiring illegals, even as domestic help?

There’s those Alinsky tactics again. And another example of manufactured racism. Funny stuff.

Ah..... still with your "superiority of private education" ideology?

You will have seen my reply to this on another thread (repeated below):

    <<<<<<<

I notice someone in a later post claiming that education should be private, because "sometimes up to a third of students are absent from classes in some public schools".

Now Trump himself noted (of the inner city black communities) in the campaign that "your neighbourhoods are like war-zones, your young men are in prison, your schools and hospitals are broken...."

Of course the solution must include the eradication of poverty, and the improvement in public education must be part of that (not all individuals - or companies - can afford the cost of education).

Now the eradication of poverty is a minimum that can be achieved, since the resources do exist to house, clothe, feed, transport and educate every one.

{I have heard one individual claiming his goal is to have 10 Dodge Vipers sitting in his garage.... OK.....but surely it behoves a nation to guarantee universal above-poverty- level participation in the economy if the resources do exist, in order to avoid the creation of gated communities in the midst of poverty, criminality and dysfunction}.

[Remember the preamble of the Constitution: We the People..in order to promote the Common Welfare....establish this Constitution...]

I say the resources do exist, because for the first time in history, in order to advance a technological civilisation, machines are able to perform the tasks that have previously required slavery or some other method to force certain people to do certain necessary work that no-one would choose to do - such as children forced to work their entire lives underground in coal mines so the operation could make a profit (Marx among others was outraged by such abuses of the industrial revolution).

Today of course globalisation is complicating matters enormously ....Detroit was literally destroyed by overseas competition from vehicle manufacturers during the post WW2 rise of Tokyo and Stuttgart; and this first-world "rust-belt" phenomena today manifests itself nationally - all around the world - in heightened political division and dysfunction that can only be solved by global financial and economic oversight.

(And It is pathetic to see Trump - leader of the world's wealthiest nation - complaining about cheap washing machines from Mexico, a second-world economy at best.......)

So we have the resources: now let's design the necessary system, to relegate political division to the dust-bin of history.

    >>>>>>>

Regardless of race, your beloved neoliberal, competitive free-market system - BY ITSELF - is part of the problem, not the solution. Those expelled "illegals" have to go back and get jobs in countries that Trump wants to slap tariffs on...just one of the contradictions that arise when you wilfully ignore the implications for the citizens of other countries.

[As another poster mentioned: "We are all in this together"'.... (but I suspect she was only referring to the US....)]

Saying this about blacks is racist crap:

Thats better than sitting on their can sucking up welfare

That was the point. It's talk that should stop.

    Meaningless word salad ^^.

What I am for is access to a quality education for everyone via a voucher system.

And again that is the exact objective of Clinton’s welfare reform. People benefit from working. They do not benefit from welfare dependency. There is nothing racist about that.

Note how ideology blocks comprehension skills.

As for " a quality education for everyone via a voucher system' - sounds great to me........BUT,

    https://www.procon.org/headline.php?headlineID=005354

...hmm, perhaps not quite so great after all, unless, inter alia, you are OK with parents pushing their own ideological stance onto their children.

Only African Americans huh? Are they only good for the low skilled jobs? Wrapping this up as a gift for blacks and not for Americans seems kind of like playing identity politics to me something the crazy right claims the lefties do .confused? #Metoo

Ever noticed that the Bull Sh$t that Trump spewed during the campaign about how bad America was turned out just Trump Lying ?

Who would think Presidents would Lie to such a Large scale ?

Crime stats were wrong. Wages have been going up since 2014. Generally most things Trump said to incite his base were wrong...........
Today even with Trump attempting to undercut the ACA most of American like their healthcare.

He was going to fix all sorts of things Day one.

All Trump has done after a year in office is to Divide America from a Larger platform and inch us closer to war now without allies........

It's a benefit for American citizens to have the jobs which were vacated by illegal aliens.

Your post is a great example of identity politics. You attempt to make the benefit into a racism. Disgusting.

Yes. And as we see in this very thread they twist the benefit to a few hundred low income American citizens into a macro racism smear. This is the Nancy Pelosi crumbs mentality. In the disgusting world of identity politics the illiberal regressives argue that there is no benefit because of racism. They would rather the few hundred illegals be still working at the bakery and the blacks that were hired be unemployed. This is the twisted "logic" that identity politics forces people to use to justify their positions.
