This is irrelevant to the reasons today, in 2020, blacks support Democrats 9-1.

History is great, but it's not a substitute for examining the current political climate as it unfolds, not as it pertains to history.

 

IOW, the Deep State that opposed Trump in favor of China did not enforce his travel ban and allowed some Chinese to slip through.
