and I have not said anything different, however a for-profit business is treated as a judicial person and according to court decisions "Religious belief takes shape within the minds and hearts of individuals, and its protection is one of the more uniquely “human” rights provided by the Constitution", - Conestoga Wood Specialties Corporation v. Secretary of United States Department of Health & Human Services, 13-1144 (3d Cir. 07/26/2013), 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 15238 - the question is whether a for-profit business, not it's owners or employees, can exercise religion .. it cannot.

"To provide the relief requested the Third Circuit was required to conclude that a for-profit artificial being, invisible, intangible, and existing only in contemplation of law, that was created to make money could exercise such an inherently “human” right.

General business corporations do not, separate and apart from the actions or belief systems of their individual owners or employees, exercise religion. They do not pray, worship, observe sacraments or take other religiously motivated actions separate and apart from the intention and direction of their individual actors."

Basically the religious affiliation of the owners has no bearing on a for-profit business.

    You said

Freedom of religion is an individual right, NOT only a right of a "religion".

Fair enough, my mistake .. still doesn't change the fact that a for-profit business cannot express it's religious beliefs, or that the religious beliefs of it's owners have any bearing.

No they can not. If a for-profit business is selling something to the public they cannot refuse to sell it to a distinct set pf people based purely on their religious beliefs, to do so is discrimination.

No (*)(*)(*)(*) Sherlock. That is why I said that exact same thing.

You ought not say no in front of your response when you are parroting exactly what I said.

The fight from the opposition is over. It is now 2015 and the U.S. Supreme Court has legalized Same-Sex Marriage throughout the entire USA.
