I am sorry, but you honestly are going to tell me that MAGA voters who have lit up the internet because they felt persecuted due to Air Conditioning not working in a few movie theatres that were showing their favourite movie would remain silent about their vote being denied and just accept it !?!? Think of how many videos there would be of people causing a stink at polling places if this had happened! Mathematically, Biden would have lost the election if not for 350 000 votes. Of course the right doesn't accept that Biden was even remotely on par with Trump in actual votes, so you are arguing that they had to manufacture, what 700 000 votes, perhaps a 1 000 000 (in fact many MAGA supporters argue that Biden could not have won the popular vote either, so we are now dealing with 7 000 000 votes. I assume you are not one of those people) ? And this is assuming democrats could manipulate the system with pinpoint accuracy.
So now you just fill in these ballots that have been returned to sender, and cross you fingers hoping that the actual voter doesn't show up or request a ballot before Election Day? Even assuming a generous 50/50 chance that the voter does not show up, you are dealing with 175 000 to 500 000 people at the polling station or at home being told that they have already voted. I think we would have heard from these people by now. Especially considering the high persecution complex of MAGA voters.

Voters rolls are undoubtedly bloated, but since the state itself is incapable of identifying the bloat, how in the world do you think democratic actors are able to pinpoint those voters that are still on the rolls but will not show up on Election Day. Just not possible

Sounds llike you want to restrict voters access in urban areas by restricting polling sites or polling booths so that you can lengthen the lines in specific geographic areas that won't vote for crooked republicans, and shorten the lines in areas that will vote republicans. Everything you can possibly do to stop minorities, urban voters and hourly workers from having their votes counted. Nothing like a 2 to 5 hour wait to discourage voters in a big city from casting that ballot.

Interesting how the French Republic has its Presidential results by 20:00 the day of voting. Voting is paper ballots. All votes are accompanied by voter identification. The population density in France is greater than the U.S.

The explanation is very very simple: The French believe in government. 21 percent of the active population works in the public sector. A whopping 58 percent of the French GDP is in the public sector. While there are many things to criticise about that system, one of the advantages is that all administrative tasks, including voting, have the resources necessary to function well. I live in France now, but still have to deal with US administration stuff. The difference is staggering in terms of, for example getting a passport renewed, a birth certificate delivered, a social security issue, or a tax issue. The US seems like the third world in comparison.
Voting in France took me all of 5 minutes at my local polling station. I have participated in the ballot count which went smoothly, but it would make the MAGA conspiracists absolutely nuts.
In the US, in 2000, the little old lady at the polling station said I was not on the rolls, but in fact she was looking at the wrong book (thank god I made a fuss), in 2004 my absentee ballot did not arrive and no way to get in touch with the board of electors in NY, in 2008 my absentee ballot arrived AFTER the elections. Since then things have improved.
BTW the French voting participation rate is far higher than in the US which should complicate things, but clearly doesn't. Of course we do benefit from a centralised system with absolutely everyone having exactly the same rules.
So: if the US states actually put in the ressources to open polls abslolutely everywhere like they do in France (pretty much every tiny village has a polling station) and if the states agreed on ONE system of voting with perhaps a shared data base, I am sure we would not have these problems.
The other thing of course, is that since there is universal health care in France, and many advantages to being documented (for unemployment for example) the state has an extensive database on it's citizens. So there is no living off the grid, not having a state ID or driver's licence etc... The ID used at the polling station is your French National ID card which EVERYONE has. Problem solved.
Lastly in the US when dealing with administrative issues, you always have the impression that you are dealing with someone who took the last job available. Public administration jobs are highly sought after due to their very generous advantages. You thus have people who fought hard for these jobs. Making them in general very competent.
Not saying the system is perfect by any means, but it is an explanation as to why elections work well in France.
    I am a dual citizen

They didn't remain silent about it.

Videos, articles, affidavits, etc all exist re: this very thing.

No election was held. Election fraud is not an election.

    ... which can be done.

Right. It's possible that Biden legitimately won the irrelevant "popular vote".

Not at all unrealistic, and such people HAVE spoken out.

It's very possible. Voter turnout history is public record. It's knowable who typically doesn't turn out and who typically does turn out.

Something can change a month after election day as well.

I say vote by mail early and if something really serious changes go in person and recast your vote. States that do mail in should be allowinh for that. Hopefully

Because if we did that then people who voted on election day would not have their votes counted. Why are you against counting all votes that were submitted on time?

Sounds like you are scared of democratic elections and want excuses for robbing people of their right to vote.

How do you propose to “recast your vote?” How can you retract it and replace it with another? Since we are supposed to have a secret ballot, how do you prove which ballot, filed previously, is yours? If it’s that easy, voter fraud is even easier than I think it is.

True, but you have a cut off. Excluding military ballots, postmarks must be before election day ends at 8:00 or what ever.
In the 70's the mail drop box line was closed with an orange cone at the last car in line at 8:00PM. That was it.
Today, I'm not sure they are postmarked anymore.

I wish it were more modernized, more digitized, honestly. These paper ballots create issues that include the above and slow down counting. We can do a lot online, but for whatever reason we can't modernize voting.

Computer calculations are too easily hacked everyone knows it. The race to “efficiency at any cost” should stop at the ballot box.
