Why would China use a spy balloon when it has satellites?

Well, let's see the ****ing spy cameras and propulsion system on it. Have we? No. Will we ever? No. Because they don't exist. Just one more example of our lying ass government using some benign bullshit to make goebbels-type propaganda so they can profit through the MIC.

It’s you who should concede the point China claimed the balloon only after it was spotted.

What policy cycles reverse everything the predecessor did?
What was undone by Biden vs trump in regards to China? 2023, tariffs are still intact.

The effort and leadership to decouple from China.
The efforts started by Trump are being taken seriously in the USA, but it’s a slow process because you have better pricing from China since R&D is not a big expense in China since they simply steal it.
Biden was going to reverse the tariffs, but his handlers stopped him.

What efforts? Just saying there were efforts and not point to those specific efforts kind of sounds like it's made up.
Prove Biden attempted to stop China tariffs. Otherwise it kinda sounds made up.

WASHINGTON, Sept 2 (Reuters) - The Biden administration said on Friday it will keep tariffs on hundreds of billions of dollars worth of Chinese imports in place while it continues a statutory review of the duties imposed by former President Donald Trump.

No of course not. That's true.

You just have the world's biggest navy parked around them in a "containment" strategy, and a history of such measures, including the disctinction of being the only nation on earth to actually use atomic weapons on an enemy civilian population.

And no doubt they didn't immediately shoot it down because they wanted to observe it and see what it was up to. The second one they did shoot down much faster.

Not necessarily the case. Talking to someone with some contacts and experience in the area. NORAD has a lot of clutter to deal with so its systems were set up to identify and prioritize threats. All of which is automated. When drones became a thing the techs at NORAD had t go back a reprogram their systems to 'tag' drone as a potential target of interest. Balloons weren't apparently on the threat list 'list' or whatever. So apparently once again systems were recently reprogrammed to now tag balloons as targets of interest or whatever the technical term is..

As it was explained in the post I read however the more things you identify as being of interest the more raw processing power you need to track the increased number of potential targets target's . Thousands of balloons get sent up every year in the northern hemisphere for research purposes. So next years appropriations apparently include money for a big boost in NORAD's processing capabilities.

That's even assuming the US keeps track of everything that flies and floats up form within China.
If the US does that, than it's not weird for China to do the same.

yeah so. It's now been even more days since they collected all the debris. Not seeing anything about how this it amounted to spying.
It's not the first time the US intel got it all wrong and deceived everybody. We can't forget the so called WMD's in Iraq, that started a pointless was.

How about you go find out.
In the meanwhile... there still is no poof of any spy equipment. Nothing got presented as far as I know.

It's hearing Colin Powel repeating the hoax off antrax is produced in Iraq, by showing off some vial with a white substance all over again. I think it's been 2 weeks now since they found debris. So you know. I've been patient.

I don’t care about a spy balloon. My focus is on the article I posted about the 3 objects that were reportedly shot down. What about that debris? You said it was all recovered. The article headline said the search for the 3 objects ended. I have no need to research it.

You replied using my post with the article about the U.S. and Canada ending the search for the 3 objects. The article told you the search for the 3 objects ended with no debris found. So what more do I need to find out?!

Rest assured, you still have by far the most advanced and dangerous and threatening, and theirs isn't parked off your coast. Not yet. Still a few decades before the shoe switches feet and they are "containing" you, should it ever happen.

Did you discover the fact that once launched the path of any balloon cannot be predicted with great accuracy? Nobody tells the wind which way to blow.

We didn't tell Russia that Gary Powers and his U-2 were over their land/airspace, and we still don't do it today in any part of the world. We do what we want, neighbors be damned. That's how the US rolls, arrogantly. So your point is quite meaningless. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. More importantly, the balloon was not a weapons platform.

We've been discussing debris for some time now. You also responded to that. As far as I know: no spy equipment has been found.
That you dragged in 3 more objects been shot down: how about you go answer the questions you posted about it.

And if you now say, they found no debris from those 3 ballons, than this translates too: there is still no spy equipment that was found.
