    Why are you going in circles? That's why Trump initiated the travel bans. The bans could not stop that which had already occurred, only the continuance. A tourniquet doesn't recover lost blood, only prevents more loss.

    And obviously this is also incorrect or we would only have 47 deaths not 500,000.
