I was just pointing out the hilarity of Americans failure in the risk assessment department. You seem to think that having armed waitresses is some kind of sign of safety at a restaurant - when it's FAR more likely that you'll die of Covid or food poisoning. The sign I want to see at the restaurant door isn't whether the staff carries guns, it's whether they wash their hands ...
Actually that is not what I think at all. But frankly with the mass killings in CO, it would make me more comfortable knowing they would evade going to that restaurant. Health codes prevail all over America on hand washing.
I have been to a number of restaurants here in Idaho during the past year and never gave it a thought I would get CV19 there. Food poisoning is rare. And one can tell when food has gone bad.
Or does some crazy dude target the restaurant because of their gun policy? Most mass shooters expect to die during the event - it's all about the press coverage, not about getting out alive - so what better way to do that then going going crazy in a restaurant owned by a Republican Congress member? Nope - going say this does not make you safer than any other restaurant. The averages of getting shot in a restaurant are incredibly slim - you're far more likely to die in a car accident driving to the restaurant.
You do not need to be armed to eat at Shooters Grill. I believe that they are not serving alcohol there. I have been around 3 family members who were sick for several days with CV19 but they never transmitted it to me. Very few die due to CV19. I know the Democrats want you think you are at a super high risk out in public, but you are at a very low risk of dying due to being out in public.
which seems to defeat your own statement. interesting that even a couple people in the video said they did not come for the food. I am sure the daisy dukes have nothing to do with it.
Exactly. You've answered your own question above. Clients with problems, specifically people with an inferiority complex. It's not so much that the place/neighbourhood is unsafe, it's more of an issue with unsafe clientele that gravitates to gritty, raunchy places.
How can a female from Australia be threatened by an American mountain restaurant where the females are armed? I have traveled the USA but never been to a Hooters. I do not judge when not having been there.
About 80 percent here that voted say they would eat at the Shooters Grill. I hoped Democrats were not scared of women.
And I said I would eat there if the food was good. I do not give a flying **** about their gimmick, but I am happy it is working for them. I am glad you have gone back on your "if the food was not good they would close" statement
FoxHastings said: ↑ Doesn't speak well for their clientele.... If a restaurant is fully armed it must have problems....there are so many decent places to eat why go there ??? So? What TF does that have to do with my post you quoted? I'm sure many people like greasy spoons and dives in bad neighborhoods, and need guns to feel "safe". I eat at places where I'm safe without gun totin' waiters. LOL, what !? AGAIN, So? What TF does that have to do with my post you quoted?
It's what I've said before, bring up guns and liberals project their inadequacies: depression, alienation, narcissism, poor coping skills, low frustration tolerance, lack of trust, fascination with violence-filled entertainment, negative role models, low self-esteem, and the tendency to manipulate others. Liberals enjoy these culturally sanctioned patterns. They try to get rid of some offending external agent (guns), rather than looking at their own violent fantasies. Here we have some ladies with guns, and it didn't take long for the inadequacies to manifest. Of course, liberal politicians feed that. Liberal gun owners face a quandary. A 2020 Gallop poll asks "live in gun household", liberal 30%. That's quite a bit (moderates were 41%). Liberal gun owners have no good choice, and restricting a individual right is anti-liberal.
Probably wouldn't want to eat at or frequent any establishment where the employees all feel the need to be armed and management doesn't consider that to be a problem(because of it's necessity).
Does not seem it is done out of necessity. Seems more of a gimmick. Cute girls, short shorts and a pistol in a holster. Wild West version of Hooters
Oh they asked to look inside the dorm. Too scared for my friend to remember that cops can look inside but they need your permission to actually go inside. Didn’t need to go in though. What about the documentaries? Are the documentaries real? Me? Nothing. For gun fetishists? My guess is the chamber.
I would happily eat at a restauraunt where the staff carries weapons, so long as I can as well. However, I would choose a restaraunt where I could smoke inside over either. How bout a dinner theatre where everyone can smoke, drink AND be armed (so long as they don't drink to excess). Now we're talkin!
