That might be hard to find in Nevada as the feds own like 85% of the property in the state.

With that kind of $$$, why would I want to earn more? No, I'd give that job to someone who needs it.......

I'd worked all my adult life, w/exception of being a stay-at-home mom. I'm retired now and I'll stay that way...........

You couldn't work the job you have now if you won the lottery...you'd be hounded by everybody and their dog for money every minute. As soon as you win there's a thousand scuzbags looking for a way to sue you for some of it.

I grew up poor, living rich is enough for me. With 3/4 billion I'd run tons of businesses, but it'd mostly be "because I want to". There are businesses that I would love to own and operate - for example, I've always thought that I'd create high-end "themed" bars if I had the money. But really, can you imagine going to a bar like this?

Or how about this - a photo from one of my favorite restaurants while I was in Charleston, The Bucaneer, which has since closed down?

There is a steep initial cost to setting up a business, and then you've got to make a profit - normally. A business that barely breaks even won't stay in business, but with that much money you could keep a business open - because you like it. I'd enjoy running and operating great businesses, for the sake of running great businesses.

And the other side is that people (normally) don't enjoy being rich just for looking at that fat bank account statement - they enjoy it because of the influence they wield. And influence really is satisfying. Ever look at a business and think that its run so badly this or that way, and with a little change it'd be a great part of town? Suddenly you could do it. Ever hear a tear-jerker story? Well, suddenly you could give that kid a scholarship. Ever wish the Libertarian party was bigger in your home state? Well suddenly you could make it viable.
