    That doesn't force you to work for anyone particular person. Start your own business for that matter. Expand your own skills and experience. Make yourself more valuable.

    Why does that force you to work for a particular person and no other avenues available? Other than your own actions how are you trapped and forced to work for one person?

    An individual's needs for rent, food, and bills to be paid is that individual's responsibility and no other's.

    If one does't like one's current employement, they are free to find employment more to their liking or to start a business of their own.

    Not as much time and money as you lose procrastinating and not writing up a new resume, emailing it around and digging for work. It really can be that easy.
