My comprehension is just fine. Yes he was pursuing, not detaining like you had said. He was pursuing, and tried to keep a distance no less, he did not run right up to martin as far as we know or any evidence would suggest.

So i fail to see where zimm detained him or made martin fear for his life.

Like George you would assume that Trayvon would be breaking into houses??

I dont assume anything, but im open o that being a possibilty. My post you quoted was me putting zimms thought process in perspective for another poster

Hog wash. Didn't you hear him tell the dispatcher that he thought Martin might be close enough to hear if he gave out his home address?

He knows that martin saw him following in his vehicle. He knew that Martin was running. He thought he knew where Martin would go. You have to be pretty slow not to grasp that he was intentionally making contact.

Given that Z was wrong in just about every instance, his thought process is totally screwed up. Thus it is not a far stretch to assume that he had just reached a breaking point.

Yes martin be hiding somewhere where he could hear his address, that doesnt mean that he has to be right next to him.he could be 30-40 ft away and could easily hear what was being said on the phone.

What kind of contact are you refering to, physical or spoken? Assuming he is trying to make "contact" doesnt make it a reality. He wasnt yelling out for trayvon to come up to him. He wasnt trying to "detain" him. Your whole arguement is moot.

Assume all you want, but unless you can prove something, assuming means nothing

The fact that the stupid sleazeball wanted to make any contact at all puts him well outside the lines from any legitimate point of view than that of the KKKrap. That he was following him in a foul mood indicates that he did intend contact and detention.
