    ALL of this is pure political BS by a NRA hating NYC DA. Guess she's scared to take on DeBlasio's wife graft.

    New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio’s wife, Chirlane McCray, was given a whopping $900 million four years ago to build a mental health facility geared toward providing the numerous homeless individuals in the city with quality care.

    Now, it seems the money has completely disappeared, as no record exists of how the taxpayer dollars were spent.

    I was not indicating there were not "tens of millions of Americans in favor of gun rights", I was asking for documentation where those "millions of Americans say otherwise".
    Just wondering where you read or heard them "say otherwise"?

    I ask this because there is an estimated 400,000,000 guns in America and only about 5,500,000 members of the NRA. If "tens of millions" of gun owners actually have anything to say I wish they would say "let's join the NRA" or "let's form a new gun owners organization and fight for gun rights".

    This is not a criminal case it is a civil case. This has political overtones or at least an argument can be made that this appears to be political.

    That does not make la Pierre or the other crooks innocent. This actually started out a couple years ago as an internal fight within the NRA.

    The the prosecutor should go after la Piere and the other crooks but there is no reason to dismantle the organization.


    In some ways this is like the Wounded Warrior fiasco. The top guys of the WW cabal ran parties and paid themselves well but did virtually nothing for Wounded Vets. The WW project ran expensive ads to get more money so that the top guys could play the rich game.

    You are not correct claiming that there is no reason to go after la Pierre and gang. They are crooks but that is no reason to try and dismantle the organization because of 3-4 vile crooks at the top. Get rid of the cancer not the body.

    You have to be making up schiest because the NRA would not have allowed any "transfer of funds". That is rediculous. Show the stories and legitimate links to back up you transfer story!

    The NRA is still headed up by Wayne La Piere so what happened to your "board memers removed" story?

    And the likely answer because there are none? And if there were again LaPierre and members of his family why dissolve the entire organization. Why this attack on gun rights, this only confirms the rights worst fears and could tip scales with moderates. I heard one commentator describe this as the left stepping on a rake.
