He wasnt stalking anyone and he had a carry license he can walk around with a gun and not be a murderer.. I know you hate guns and gun rights. Funny you admit people will want blood. So if he is set free and found innocent and someone kills him guess what that is... Yep you got it. MURDER.

Issue is people like you live off emotion and dont look at facts. Usually people grow out of that...

It isn’t double jeopardy. If he is found not guilty on murder, then he can never be brought up on changes of murder of TM ever again. If it is a hung jury then that he can be charged again. He can be charged because there wasn’t a verdict.

If he is found not guilty on murder the state can re-file on manslaughter. As that is a different change. I don't think they will because if they lost on Murder 2 then Manslaughter is harder to get a conviction on.

The jury will have the option of convicting Zimmerman of lesser included charges such as voluntary or involuntary manslaughter as well as 2nd degree murder...

Zimmerman is 100 percent guilty of first degree self defense.

Liberals have a "bigotry of low expectations" with blacks and Muslims. Those groups are not responsible for their own actions and decisions, and anything that happens must be the result of an "other" causing those groups to behave badly.

    Pul-lease.

A bloody nose and a scalp cut, if true, is a FAR cry from "beating someone to death".

And if you want to say "But Zimmerman didn't know that", that's the risk and the price of trying to be a Junior G-Man with a REAL gun.

Most Right Wing gun carriers would have blown Zimmerman away if he had been following THEIR kid like that.

Most mothers would kill someone who was about to hurt their child. No doubt, this whole situation was ten kinds of wrong. Great tragedy, indeed.

You think and sound just like a violent abusive bully. Better be careful or someone might drop a house on you too.

That is what I have said for weeks now. But I just read today that the girlfriend who the boy was talking to, said she heard the boy say get off, get off. That is (*)(*)(*)(*)ing evidence if true. It's important to know if she told that to police right away in her first interview, or later when she could have been influenced.

From any rational POV, it was Trayvon who "had the house dropped on him".

Zimmerman killed over the equivalent of having his "paint chipped". Zimmerman's failure as an amateur "lawman and vigilante" cost an unarmed high schooler his life for defending himself against what appeared to be a stalking predator.

From my understanding, the police never bothered to talk to her before they decided Zimmerman was innocent.

What a joke of an "investigation"!

A jury in FL can convict of a lesser charge.

He wasn't charged with manslaughter. He was charged with second degree murder. How can he be convicted of a charge he was never charged with?

That is because they didn't know about her. She reported nothing, did not go to the funeral, and was not his girlfriend, did not contact his parents, his parents knew nothing about her. She arrived when the Crump teamed up for the media and could say anything she wants and I doubt her testimony will be allowed in court..

    Alan Dershowitz is correct.

    Drop George Zimmerman’s murder charge!

"There is, of course, no assurance that the special prosecutor handling the case, State Attorney Angela Corey, will do the right thing. Because until now, her actions have been anything but ethical, lawful and professional.

She was aware when she submitted an affidavit that it did not contain the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. She deliberately withheld evidence that supported Zimmerman’s claim of self-defense. The New York Times has reported that the police had “a full face picture” of Zimmerman, before paramedics treated him, that showed “a bloodied nose.” The prosecutor also had photographic evidence of bruises to the back of his head.

Why does it seem that everyone else thinks this is a game? When you purposefully bend the law or attempt to circumvent legal procedures it always creates precedence that will turn around and bite you in the ass later.

I think the prosecutors did such a (*)(*)(*)(*)ty job in the OJ case while his attorneys did a great one. When that happens you get those kind of results.

There is no way that the charges will be dropped......Angela "Nifong" Corey, the Holder Injustice Department, the Racial Industrial Complex and the media have gone so far out on a limb, lying to the public and stirring up a racial divide, that a dismissal of charges would lead to immediate riots. No one person wants that burden on themselves......instead they will leave it to 12 poor schmucks who are unlucky enough to be "selected" for this jury. It will all come down to tribalism....just like in the OJ case.....who can best stack that juror with members of their "tribe". The prosecution will be going for an all black jury and the defense an all white/hispanic one......Mr. Zimmerman's fate will hang in the balance of the make-up of that jury.....just as OJ's did.....pathetic that we've come to this....but for whatever reason that is what the left wants. Almost all the facts that have come out the past few days, which seem to exonorate Zimmerman have been known for months, yet Nifong Corey chose to go forward with that pathetic probable cause affidavit that contained none of these facts. She should be disbarred at least and probably prosecuted.
