The progressives' Zimmerman fetish has gone horrible wrong. He was supposed to be the perfect racist white conservative with a pistol permit and an intense hatred of blacks. Trayvon was supposed to be a chello playing, math genius on his way to running NASA only to have his promising young life cut short by the boogeyman white conservative Zimmerman....boo...hiss.

Then, reality intruded upon the progressive wet dream. Zimmerman is Hispanic and a DEMOCRAT! Trayvon was suspended and caught with women's jewelry on his person. Desperate for an uninjured Zimmerman, progressives have had to endure the grim truth that Zimmerman was beaten by Trayvon. The cut knuckles of Trayvon were the last straw.

Now, progressives have retreated to a fantasy world where walking in your own neighborhood and calling the police constitute an assault. Pathetic.

Bravo! Well said sir.....X2. The thought that someone would call the police, identify himself and location, before stalking and killing another person in the next five minutes, for no apparent reason, seems to be a believable fairy tale to the blacks and lefties.....pathetic but true

Very well said. That sums up the left's thought process on this matter.

    That's fair, I guess.

    NOT!

 I suppose should be more understanding that the Sanford police would not have a PhD forensic scientist ( or a 10 yo kid) on staff to figure out how to look at the "recent calls" list of Trayvon's phone to try to get an idea of what he was REALLY up to, whether or not Trayvon tried to call for help, etc.

The police "investigation" was COMPLETELY uninterested in finding out what REALLY happened, and was simply happy to write off this dead kid as "just another subhuman" killed who "deserved it", just like the Right Wingers here are happy to do.

I wonder why people keep lying about Trayvon's injuries. His knuckles were not bloodied. The only injury on the autopsy report besides the bullet wound was a small abrasion on the left ring finger below the knuckle.

Trayvon's father initially said he could not identify the voice yelling for help. After the tape was cleaned up, he identified it as his son.

Wrong, he said "no" when asked by the police if it was Trayvon on the recording. That is in the evidence. It was when Crump went to the media that it changed. The news is still getting things wrong and interjecting opinion when they shouldn't.

Crump seems to be at the root of this pile of crap that the progressive media keeps spewing like an open sewer.

    Who's lying?

SANFORD, Fla. — WFTV has confirmed that autopsy results show 17-year-old Trayvon Martin had injuries to his knuckles when he died.

The information could support George Zimmerman's claim that Martin beat him up before Zimmerman shot and killed him.

The autopsy results come as Zimmerman's attorney, Mark O’Mara continues to go over other evidence in the case.

O’Mara wouldn't comment on the autopsy evidence, but WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said it's better for the defense than it is for the prosecution.

WFTV has learned that the medical examiner found two injuries on Martin’s body: The fatal gunshot wound and broken skin on his knuckles.

When you compare Trayvon’s non-fatal injury with Zimmerman's bloody head wounds, the autopsy evidence is better for the defense, Sheaffer said.

“It goes along with Zimmerman's story that he acted in self-defense, because he was getting beaten up by Trayvon Martin,” Sheaffer said.

The injury to Martin’s knuckle also fits with Zimmerman's story that before he shot and killed Martin, Martin had broken his nose and knocked him to the ground, slamming his head on the sidewalk.

But Sheaffer said there could be another explanation for Martin's knuckle injury.

“It could be consistent with Trayvon either trying to get away or defend himself,” Sheaffer said.

Zimmerman shot and killed the unarmed teenager almost three months ago after calling 911 to report the teenager was acting suspiciously.

Zimmerman said Martin threw the first punch and that he opened fire in self-defense after his screams for help went unanswered.

The FBI was not able to determine whether it was Zimmerman or Trayvon who could be heard crying out for help in 911 calls.

The defense is trying to decide what evidence it wants a judge to keep confidential before the media gets a chance to see it, but WFTV is being told that could happen in the next week or so.

In the meantime, there’s new information surfacing about Zimmerman.

ABC News said it has obtained Zimmerman's medical report from the day after the killing. According to ABC, the report shows Zimmerman had a broken nose and abrasions on the back of his head.

Trayvon Martin Shooting: Autopsy results say slain teen had injuries to his knuckles

(CBS) SANFORD, Fla. - Although the trial of George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer charged with murdering Trayvon Martin is still months away, the investigation into what happened the night of shooting is on-going. New details emerged on Wednesday regarding the condition of Martin's body. Wounds found on the 17-year-old's knuckles may support George Zimmerman's claim that the unarmed teenager assaulted him before he was fatally shot, CBS News reports.

Pictures: George Zimmerman faces murder charges

A responder at the crime scene told CBS News that he and others saw wounds on the knuckles of one of Martin's hands as he lay dead on this lawn. This suggests that Martin had thrown a punch.

Zimmerman told police he fired the shot at point blank range while on his back, as the 17-year-old straddled him. He also told investigators Martin did not die immediately but mumbled either "it's over" or "you got me."

State crime analysis of Martin's clothes includes gun powder residue which could indicate the distance between the men.

Meanwhile, special prosecutor Angela Corey's team collected evidence including two surveillance videos. One video was from the 7-11 where Martin bought Skittles and an ice tea while the other was from the clubhouse in the gated subdivision where Zimmerman shot him, according to CBS News.

The case also includes Zimmerman's medical report the day after the shooting, which listed a broken nose, two black eyes and a cut in the back of the head.

A source also told CBS News an unreleased police report noted Zimmerman's sweatshirt had "grass stains, and was wet on the back."

Details from Trayvon Martin's autopsy show the bullet entered the left side of his chest and shattered the ventricle, one of his heart's two large chambers, but the round did not leave his body.

The medical records were part of the evidence that prosecutors have in the second-degree murder case against Zimmerman. He has entered a plea of not guilty and claims self-defense in the shooting.

Yeah right ... LITTLE Trayvon huh !
Well there's the new surveillance video of the 711 store and a quickie view of
Trayvon with his dark hoodie. The guy looks as big as an NBA player.
Plus the photos' that circulated of Trayvon wearing his hoodie were photo-enhanced.
They were enhanced to Lighten.Make him look more light skined and less threateniing
amd more like a young kid.

Do a Google search on how many people have been beaten to death by teenagers.

Like I said, the only other injury is a small abrasion on the left ring finger below the knuckle.

Why don't y'all just keep making watermelon jokes and stop trying to change the facts.

Thanks for the link. One thing it proves is that Trayvon had only one injury consistent with the story by Zimmerman whereas Zimmerman showed signs recorded by police of being beaten.

His parents said he was over 6' tall, so I suppose no one really measured that in his family.

When this story first broke, Trayvon's mother provided a picture of him when he was 12 years old.

The print media used the photograph to report that George Zimmerman had murdered a 12 year old child who was walking back to his townhouse with a bag of Skittles and a can of Arizona iced tea.

    Sad ... Very sad.
