Because Democrats hate cheap gas, US net oil exports, and union jobs.

Biden wants to pause the oil and gas leasing and the includes the XL Keystone pipeline and that will cost jobs and jack up prices at the pump and there are those that may not be all too happy about it, and I don't blame them and I wouldn't be all too happy about it either. I guess that might be the sign of the times.

I don't know about that. I don't know who would want to pay a high price for gas and that includes the Democrats and includes Republicans and other folks out there. None of us don't want to pay high prices for our gas. Does that make sense?

The double negative in your last sentence doesn't make a lot of sense but I'll answer your question about who wants to see a higher price for petroleum.
Environmentalists do. Higher prices lead to more fuel efficient cars and help drive the move to electric vehicles.
Oil companies also want higher prices for obvious reasons.

Trump couldn't accept transgender in the military.

When one Party can codify cheating on elections, they have ZERO need or desire to be accountable to anyone. Remember Joe and his "vote for someone else then"? Or Nancy's "he's leaving, whether he knows it or not"? Investigations into that fraud are continuing and that's part of the reason Joe's crew seem intent on empowering DHS and Intel agencies to go after Trump supporters online who DARE to speak of their crimes.

What's your point? If you have one. What I said was that there isn't anyone that would want to pay a higher price for regular at the pump, I know I wouldn't want to or like to pay a high price at the pump. Maybe you might, but not for me. That's all I need to say. Simple as that.

When President Biden swore in a batch of recruits for his new administration in a teleconferenced ceremony late last week, it looked like the country’s biggest Zoom call. In fact, Mr. Biden was installing roughly 1,000 high-level officials in about a quarter of all of the available political appointee jobs in the federal government.

Biden is ousting more and more ot Trump's loyalists and once all of the Trump loyalists are gone, they're gone and I mean out of there. Biden believes he can get things rolling.

The majority of Americans do not accept transgenders in the schools, military, or anyplace that infringes on the rights of normal people.

That sounds too bad. I wonder what the reason for this is?

It is just prejudice against people who are different from the average. As if sexual origination/ identity is anyone's business.

Women fought for years to be funded for high school & college sport programs so that they could be recognized for their own achievements and have a chance to advance to a higher status and opportunity to break through the glass ceiling of fame and fortune. Why should they be set back from what they have achieved by allowing boys, who are physically born by nature with larger bones and lung capacity, to infiltrate women's sports? Why would we subject our women, and boys also, to sharing their bathrooms and locker rooms with those of the opposite sex who would make them uncomfortable? Would Brigid Kosgei,
Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Paula Radcliff even be known as world class sprinters if transgender men were allowed to compete?
Interesting article https://www.Livescience .com/59289-why men run faster than women.html

I have witnessed firsthand at work, before I retired, how transgenders are accepted and I wouldn't call it inclusive by any standards. One was male and one was female. Shunned, ignored and avoided would be more like the words I would use. Neither lasted very long. Lesbian and gay's have a better chance of being accepted. The government may pass all these laws against discrimination with the intent everyone is equal but it doesn't quite work out that way. Laws are one thing but acceptance is another. You cannot force people to like other people based on race or gender. We are all humans and base our feelings normally on life's experiences. Have not all the Great religions of the world been in conflict with each other for thousands and thousands of years? Have not the races always gravitated towards those who are more like them? Even in the LBGT community there is racism and bias.

I never understood why cities always wanted to break up neighborhoods be they Italian, Irish, black, Arab, Jewish, Catholic etc. It is the way people want to live. Forcing one group upon another group only creates more strife. When I was young in Detroit in the 40's I lived in predominant black neighborhoods and over the years we moved a lot in the city and I can't say I ever lived in a all white or all black or all anything neighborhood. We didn't have laws that forbid integration and no school I went to was all one race. So how is it that the government decided that we had to have all these laws passed that divided us into groups of a caste system? It seems we were on our way to assimilation without any help from politicians.

My last four years were in one neighborhood and our gang, yes we had a neighborhood gang, consisted of a black, two Filipinos, three Italians, one French Canadian, one Scot, one Hungarian, one Jew, four Syrians and a handful of other nationalities. We were Catholic, Jewish and Protestants. Our neighborhood had two Catholic, one Lutheran and one Muslim church. So it seems we were pretty diverse. I am pretty sure other parts of the country have similar stories. What happened? IMO I think the Civil Rights Act of 1964 made people more polarized and resentful against each other and when the riots broke out in the 60's safety was in segregation. I went back and visited my old neighborhood a few years ago and it is all black. I live in Virginia now and our local paper headline two days ago was "Norfolk more segregated". It seems the social experiments are not working as planned.

There is also prejudice against those with disabilities. Like those with physical, Mental, Emotional, and possibly social disabilities.

Dr. Anthony Fauci warned in a new interview that President Biden’s push to reopen most schools within 100 days “may not happen” amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Among a flurry of executive orders, Biden has issued an order requiring the Departments of Education and Health and Human Services to provide federal guidance on reopening, “with the goal of getting a majority of K-8 schools safely open in 100 days.”

“The president is taking very seriously the issue … both from the student standpoint and from the teacher standpoint,” Fauci said during a virtual event sponsored by the American Federation of Teachers and the National Education.

I wish Biden well getting the children back to school. We don't really know if COVID 19 will still be with us. Biden will be trying to do the things that will oust the pendemic and not wish it away like Trump tried to do.

When President Joe Biden intensifies his attention next week to selling Republicans and Democrats on his coronavirus relief bill, he won't be relying on some of the presidency's most symbolic powers.
Biden isn't sugar coating anything here and he's taking this COVID-19 seriously. Biden means business while Trump sugar coated the pandemic info fantasy.
