    They don’t
All personally identifying information such as age sex race name and background should not be even taken into consideration

the focus should not be based on race, it should be focused on all that need it

I agree, when Trump had rental applications, he drew a C and circled it, so they knew it was a colored applicant

leave race and gender off applications as they should not be taken into consideration

I disagree with that policy, yes, dems are not a cult, we do not have to agree 100% with our President, and it's ok

And that's not all! The CDC is singling out healthcare workers and 1st responders to get the vaccine first. Then it's nursing homes, teachers, and students. What about everyone else??? It's all discrimination!!!! Discrimination is systemic!!! Next thing you know they'll be handing out money to people with no income!!!

I do not agree with any programs being focused on specific racial groups. I disagree with a ton of what Democrats and would have voted for just about any of the other Democratic presidential candidates over Biden.

I don’t wear a Biden cap or fly a Biden flag or mock others that thoughtfully agree or disagree with his policy. We are not in a cult.

    The quote from the article:

Biden will outline "his commitment to ensuring direct relief reaches the small businesses that need help the most, with a focus on Black, Hispanic, Asian and Native American small business owners who need additional resources to reopen and rebuild," a transition spokesperson said.

This is crystal clear in it's meaning. This is in no way advocating for equal access to resources. It clearly claims they need additional resources.

Biden is pandering.....do you honestly think otherwise?

Hopefully he's updated his policy since, but I highly doubt it.

    The article doesn't say that.

Here's the quote from the article:

Biden will outline "his commitment to ensuring direct relief reaches the small businesses that need help the most, with a focus on Black, Hispanic, Asian and Native American small business owners who need additional resources to reopen and rebuild," a transition spokesperson said.

Everybody knows what the word equal means. It's just missing from this article. The article is clear and equal certainly isn't in Biden's policy or plans (maybe that has changed).

I just hope Biden has ditched his racist plans since this article was written and decides to treat all people equally......but I have my doubts.

And yet it's the Republicans who are called racist, when Democrats LITERALLY have a racist policy!

False analogy fallacy. The specific issue I brought up was racial discrimination which is supposed to be illegal in the US.

Racial Discrimination, as you know, is when an individual is subjected to unequal treatment based on race.

My State has a web site established for people to "sign up" for a vaccination. The site requests various information such as age, health conditions, and race. I opted not to provide a race. Wonder how that will impact my position in the queue.

    They both are.

One just tries (and fails) to make amends for the past while the other tries to make amends for what they fear is the future.

some states are abusing this, we all agree on the age deal, but there is no reason to discriminate based on race

the people doing the race discrimination would understand if it was blacks they were moving to the back of the bus

    RE: vaccine priority:
If black people in the age range 50-60 are it the same probability of risk of contracting the virus as white people in the age range 60-70 then black people in the age range 50-60 should be given the same priority in being given the vaccine as white people in the age range 60-70

By objecting to racism, I played the race card? Not sure I understand your logic. So what are you saying? Victims of Biden's anti-white racism should just go to the back of the bus? I believe in treating people equally regardless of their race. So you really need to explain how (in your words) I have played the race card.

By playing the race victim card about whites "going to the back of the bus."

The fact is minorities were disproportionally hit by the pandemic.

Just like when a hurricane hits the southeast; the government focuses on those hardest hit, which is typically minorities.

Biden played the race card but by me not ignoring this fact you claim I am racist (LOL). Perhaps blacks have been harder hit due to lower Vitamin D3 levels and greater levels of Diabetes. Can you demonstrate that Asians have been harder hit? The data I have seen shows they have .6 per capita the cases as compared to whites. Face it. Biden was pandering and race baiting. Otherwise he would simply have said he will prioritize groups that are hit hardest by Covid and leave it at that. But no. Biden is always playing the race card as is the Democrat party. Everything to you people is race and identity politics.

Biden playing the race card is your opinion.

I didn't say you were racist.

Does it matter why blacks were hit harder?

Yes, I can demonstrate asians were hit harder.
    https://www.npr.org/sections/health...-disparities-persist-and-in-some-cases-worsen

How Biden chose to speak of which groups were hit hardest is semantics and repubs have been playing the race card since the southern strategy.

If we want to go back in time we can go back to Biden's racial jungle remark.

You mean if we move the goal posts?

How does that absolve you of playing the race card?
