Why do you assume that these two groups of (bludging)people are mutually exclusive? Probably, as a way of diverting our attention from this horde of additional bludgers. But the heading on this topic is about bludgers forcing their way into OZ so they can suck off OUR welfare teat. The phrase Asylum Seeker is a term developed by the Legal Beagles (and their welfare dependent mates at the UN) as an euphemism for Welfare Sucking Seekers, because they deduced that the former would be more palatable to the electorate. But you can't fool all of the people all of the time.
That figure is certainly incorrect.And that lower figure would be even less if we didn't allow them to endlessly clog up our courts with tiresome appeals. No doubt helped by our Legal Beagles and their pot of gold, otherwise known as Legal Aid,courtesy of the Aussie taxpayer of course.
