    Whatever.
You get my point (I guess) - one cannot repeat the referendum if one doesn't like the result. Otherwise it would be a never ending circus.

So we should forget the result of the second referendum?

Of course not, can't you read?
The results of the (second) referendum from 2016 are valid and Brexit must come to pass. Now it appears it would be a "hard Brexit", i.e. Brexit without a deal with the EUSSR.

So, just like those who voted against May's deal, all you do is rubbish her deal and have nothing to replace it. I say again, I thought brexiteers wanted to have control of all borders? And you didn't give an answer to the other question which is no surprise.

So you can repeat the referendum when one dosnt like the result of the first one , but not a third time?
I can read, can you provide a logical answer why the first referendum can be repeated because some did not like the result but not the second because some people did not like the result?

Do you know what leave means?

So you think we should stop trading with the EU and presumably travel, can we still telephone our family on the continent or does leave mean leave?

    It wasn't repeated.

    First referendum - 1976 - YES
    UK enters EU
    Second referendum - 2016 - NO
    UK leaves the EU

When UK eaves the EU, there could be a third referendum, and if the answer is YES, then Britain can apply for membership again. But first Britain has to honor the will of the people and leave the EU in 2019.

Is that so hard to comprehend?

We'll be "cancelling" the 2016 election in 2020, if not sooner.

One argument in favor of a second referendum would be the circumstances of the first one. It was held in the middle of a crisis, namely the refugee crisis. There was also Russian meddling in the mix, as we had in the 2016 election, and Brexit is equally favorable to our mutual adversaries and something that they worked to engineer through disinformation.

A second referendum is the least they could do to address this.

Yes very hard to comprehend as you originally stated you cannot keep repeating referendums!
Now you say you can repeat referendums as long as you honour each one, but as the referendum was not legally binding what is there to honour?

There is no way the tiny UK can compete against the EU, US, china or Russia . They will be left behind

You mean like tiny japan? Strong effective businesses will succeed regardless of the country in which they are headquartered. Who are you trying to scare?

And undemocratic. They want a second one because they didn't like the result from the first one. They're just called Neverendums until the babies get their result. It's embarrassing and pathetic.

Good luck. You have no chance of competing like Japan. You would have done it already

It is but there were members of the Tory party who were babies who would not accept the result of the first referendum to be a member. Hence we had the second referendum.
