    Trump is a racist moron who doesn't have a clue in the least about the art of legislation.. He will never ever get cooperation with the Democrats without dealing with immigrants who have been here for years or started out as kids going to U.S.elementary schools. .
    The Democrats cannot strike compromise legislation with a racist president who claims all immigrants categorically are:
    bringing drugs, bringing crime, or they're rapists, And some, I assume, are good people."

    Every illegal alien in the united states, by definition is indeed bringing crime in the united states. Their very presence is the crime in itself. Simply because they have been allowed to get away with committing a continuous crime every single day for years, does not change the fact that they are still committing crimes.

    Elected representatives in the united states government have a duty to their country and its citizens first, not foreigners who just so happen to be present at the time.

    Most of us consider it special to be an American citizen. If you don't want to be one, they you can choose another path. Nobody is forcing you to be an American citizen.

    Wrong. Fact is that if you're fortunate enough to be born here, you enjoy the most constitutionally guaranteed freedom on the planet. The hordes that illegally jump our borders envy even our nations most impoverished. Check your arrogant "American privilege" please. Asylum seekers, legitimate or not, are literally dying to get what you and the DNC are devaluating. American citizenship is the world's 1st place trophy.

    Not one of us is special because we are born here.

    It is the ultimate arrogance to think one is entitled to whatever because of birth status.

    Doubling down on the denial of the "American privilege" you've enjoyed since the day you were born? The arrogance is denying that your birth on US soil doesn't make you a member of the most entitled population in the world.     If someone supports locking up immigrant kids, then those same people would have supported locking up Native American kids, Japanese kids, and Jewish kids.

    Yes, Obama used those to hold real "unaccompanied" minors for 72 hours.
    Trump creates unaccompanied minors by separating kids from their parents. Then they spend way more than 72 hours in them.
    You may not see a difference, but I sure do.

    The difference is that "parents" are required to establish they aren't actually human traffickers. There's been a dramatic increase in human trafficking ... or Trump's vetting policy is simply catching the traffickers that Obama's policy didn't.
