I was under the impression that we had religious freedom here, and that folks were allowed to practice whatever religion they choose...

The problem is that you are working under a different definition of "freedom of religion" than the rightwing does.

To them, it actually means "freedom to choose which denomination of Protestant Christianity you want to believe in".

 

It definitely bewilders me how only Christianity seems to be wholly accepted...

 

Why? He appears to be very competent at his job, given the fact that the leadership of Al Qaeda is constantly getting picked off, including getting the whale himself, Bin Laden.

I am not sure why he should leave if he is doing a decent job.

 

Was the Head of CIA's counter-terrorism personally responsible for the security of all field agents?

Did he personally pat that guy down and wave him in?

Does he have close personal interaction with all field agents and contacts?

No, you and I know he did not pat him down, I'm not sure the guys at those headquarters did either, ; however, it's usually the top head over the men responsible for the catastrophe, that gets the grief in any organization, you should know that. Now he's criticizing the Obama administration for the drone attacks that have taken out some suspected muslim terrorists lately. But, no worries, he's still there.
