STAMFORD -- A North Stamford father trying to make his pre-teenaged son listen to President Barack Obama's State of the Union speech last month was arrested on a warrant Wednesday and accused of striking his son with a coffee mug when the youth would not pay attention.

Mohamed Shohan, 49, of 55 Mather Road, Stamford, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a child. He was released after posting $5,000 bond and will be arraigned on the charges at state Superior Court in Stamford Thursday.

Youth Bureau Sgt. Joseph Kennedy said police were made aware of the assault Jan. 27 when the youth was brought to Stamford Hospital for treatment of an injury to his face. When police interviewed the 11-year-old boy, he told them the two sat down at home to watch the address the day after his father recorded it, Kennedy said.

When the boy kept acting out, the father lost his temper and grabbed a coffee mug his son was holding and hit him in the face with it, causing a bruise to the bridge of his nose, it is alleged.

When interviewed, Shohan could not explain how his son was injured, police said. Police then obtained an arrest warrant for Shohan.
"The father ended up overreacting quite a bit," Kennedy said.

Then say it's no big deal.

Republican Judge William Adams, confronted with a video of him beating and cursing at his 16 year old disabled daughter (she was born with cerebral palsy) over ... playing a computer game:

"In my mind I have not done anything wrong other than discipline my child ... It looks worse than it is."

It looks exactly as bad as what it is: an out of control bully beating and abusing a young girl less than half his size. This man is a family court judge. The violence in the Adams family happened often enough that the daughter was able to capture this episode on video.

Here's your Republican "family" values:

The wife takes the belt away from him. Judge Adams says "Give her some more."

Wife keeps the belt. Adams says "She's disobedient. Give it to me," and tries to take the belt back. Then he says "I'll go get another one," and leaves the room. Comes back, says "I never got my lick in on her" and starts cursing and beating the girl with a bigger belt.

"I'll beat you into submission."

"I ought to just keep beating you and beating you."

Remember how the liberals and anti gun nuts went crazy on that father who shot his kids computer because she totally disrespected her parents? Remember the quick condemnations of his way of punishing for such behavior as well as the straight up hatred for the father?


Where are they know to condemn a dad who caused actual physical pain that is way over the line? Oh wait they probably agree with the father because if pubs had their way we would all be punished for not listening to Obama and probably receive lashes. Or worse yet they would let the OWS movement occupy your home and destroy it for being disrespectful to der fuhrer!!!

State Rep. Bob Nicholas accused of beating son

CHEYENNE -- State Rep. Bob Nicholas, R-Cheyenne, faces a felony charge of abusing a disabled adult in Florida following a Nov. 23 arrest.

Nicholas, 54, was arrested in Boca Grande, Fla., while on vacation after allegedly punching and kicking his 19-year-old mentally disabled son, according to a Lee County Sheriff’s Office report.

The document indicates that multiple witnesses outside of a restaurant saw Nicholas hit his son repeatedly with a closed fist, push him onto the sidewalk and then kick him more than five times.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office contacted Nicholas about two hours after the incident in the hotel room where he and his son were staying.

A sergeant reported a small blood stain on a bedspread in the room and observed that the victim had redness and welts on his neck and a foot-sized abrasion to the skin around his left ribcage that appeared to have a shoelace pattern to it, the report says.

Better have a lot of popcorn, we gonna be here for awhile considering liberals never condemn their own and support violence and criminal activity when it's liberals who commit it.

 

Where do you see a Liberal supporting ANYONE beating a child? This father needs to be punished for what he did and the Republican judge who was filmed beating his 16-yr-old daughter should be punished, too. Child abuse isn't a political football and the first thought someone has when they read these incidents shouldn't be a "gotcha" but concern for the child.

The judge isn't being punished because the statute of limitations had run out. AFAIK, he's still on the bench hearing juvenile cases.

 

Barack Obama is high risk for family members. Millions of people have high blood pressure because they get angry when Obama appears in media. There are fights between family members because of that brainless Barack obama who is economioc idiot.
