Definitely more Mahayana. I like the synergy between it and Confucianism.

Most of those sayings don't actually come from Confucius.

dawkins is a dust in an eddy and his claims and disclaims are nonsensical, meaningless. How can a sand know the vastness of the stream that keeps on flowing and its attempts to arrive at the origin or spring of it is a futile endeavor. I do not mean God exists or does not and this is beyond my comprehension, yet to claim one has the knowledge of it is sheer ignorance and Dawkins was an ignorant scientist

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but are you implying that Dawkins claims to have knowledge of the existence of God?

Here's my thought on this Dawkin's character. Apparently the militant atheist movement holds him up as their intellectual leader.
Apollo 11's Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong, while awaiting to walk on the Moon from the lunar module, had a prayerful moment and recognized something greater than themselves which many refer to as "God." That's not to say that every astronaut who travels in space is a devout believer, I'm sure there are a fair share of atheists in the bunch.

When Dawkins' walks his old ass on the Moon, maybe I'll give two hoots about his opinion regarding religion and "God."
Folks who I hold in much higher esteem, who have accomplished far more, who have exhibited courage and embraced reason, science and technology...yet are still believers
    in God...

His modus operandi is to "call out" the believer as a backwards, anti-intellectual, rejector of all things rational and science based...and the fact is that many believers
as I have already alluded...are far from backwards anti-intellectuals who reject scientific priniciples.

Dawkins is some guy who writes books degrading religion and the religious.
Why folks hold his opinion with any esteem is beyond me.
