Is anyone aware that Julia Gillard & others have already been charged with Treason by Brian W. Shaw, Independent Member for Lalor, but that the charge has been ignored and concealed by Julia Gillard, Kevin Rudd and Quentin Bryce amongst others.

The Constitution, Federally, and in the State of Western Australia and Queensland have been changed illegally without referendum. That is a treasonous act.

In Queensland they changed the Land Act illegally without a referendum, that's how they have managed to allow farmers land in Queensland to be forcibly violated by the gas fracking companies.

If you own land in Queensland and the lAND Court has ruled against you, you MUST TAKE ACTION AND CHARGE THE JUDGE WITH TREASON. They will probably ignore it, but if enough people start charging the Courts with Treason, then we may get an INDICTMENT.

I have been aware of this for some time, argued about it in other forums and
even had "handlers" try to console me on the issue. I've also written to my MP
about it asking for a "please explain", to no avail of course.

What I did notice was that contacting my MP is now only possible indirectly through request,
and I have not got a response from his office on a submission I made regarding the Ermecke Report.....

Perhaps you should do what Brian Shaw did, and post an Anonymous letter (perhaps via Registered Mail) with a copy of the 11 page memo/letter that was sent to the Councillors in Wyndham/Werribee, and put them on notice - start telling the truth or be prepared to be put onto the witness stand of a Grand Jury.

Walking past a television set two days ago, I see a very expensive looking
corporate advertising campaign proudly announcing what some wonderful
organisation is doing for the people of this country and it's infrastructure.

The end scene reveals a graphic image that this wonderful organisation is
the jigsaw puzzle of local government councils working on our behalf, with
all the pieces forming the state of Queensland as one entity.

This is another example of my reference to "mindwashing" of the masses.
Wonder at who funded this expensive advertising campaign, and without any
hesitation I think I could safely say the ratepayers of Queensland footed the bill.

Why would we do this? We pay rates and we expect these authorities to get
on with their jobs. Why do I need expensive corporate ads to remind me
how wonderful the council is while the roads I drive on rip peices from my
vehicle quite regularly?

Recently, many of Queensland's local councils were dissolved and amalgamated
into "super councils" with electoral boundaries redrawn, and fewer representatives
as a result. Efficiency was the bottom line excuse given for doing this at the time.
One effect of this was less local representation in my humble opinion, and
easier "control" over the loose scattering of local authorities and electorates.
All this while these councils were "corporatised".

I always respected the role of local government in times past, but it is evident
to me that such a seperation of power between Local, State, and Federal is
being diluted towards a common agenda. The question is, is this agenda to
benefit the people paying for the advertisement or some other entity?

This is why I said earlier in one of posts that you all need to exercise caution
at the polls when voting for representatives at "every level", this includes
the very important local government.

The seperation of powers of governement is designed into our system so that
no branch of government can have absolute control, and this must be retained
or we lose our democracy. Any fudging or amalgamation of power should be
viewed with absolute suspicion. When it becomes apparent that all tiers of
government are uniformly under control, then you have lost your democracy.

 

Yes we have racially intolerant people in Australia, you haven't got the world wide rights to prejudice you know.

If we go back to shorts, hairy legs and knee socks, then I am getting off the ride, haven't you heard of dress sense?

and my meaning was that with multi-culturalism somewhat dissolving a unified

It was with interest I watched the 7.30 Report the other night to see that the Federal Government had appointed a Expert Panel on Constitutional Reform, with the issue mentioned on the 7.30 Report being the recognition of aboriginals and our cultural heritage. This I have no problem with, provided the question is framed in the right way.

Unfortunately, as I suspected, the Illuminati/Bilderberg Satanists are going for broke this time. I read the report and as predicted, there is a hint of another referendum that the Government wants to have where they will try to trick us like they did in 1999.

The other Referendum is on, you guessed it ... Local Government.

Local Government is unconstitutional actually as it stands, so the question will probably be framed in such a way as (1) Tick this box if you vote yes for Local Government to merge into a more centralised form of government ... such as being absorbed into the State Government; or (2) Tick this box if you vote no for Local Government to stay as they are.

Now, given that Local Government is not in the Constitution, if we vote no, it means we accept Local Government and it is written into the Constitution, so they win no matter which way we vote.

The Panel Report recommended that the 2013 election and the two referendums be held apart from each other, however I think that they will hold them together citing "saving money" as the reason, and I think that the media in collusion, will divert attention away from the Local Government issue by talking about race and racial discrimination - a psy op. The give away is the title of how they can go about getting a Yes Vote, with the campaign titled the same as Obama's election mantra "Yes We Can". Some of the language is overt, if you're awake, where they mention that possibly changing the Machinery Act 1984 to allow fraud to be committed by converting to electronic voting. This is okay, provided there is a paper trail to back up any findings "by computer" which is what everyone seems to rely upon. This is the system that fraudently elected George Bush to office.

Secondly, we have the Brigalow Corporation to deal with, which has been bestowed the same powers as the Crown, and according to my research all land in Queensland has been illegally signed over to the Brigalow Corporation, which is a City of London Corporation registered in America.

According to Brian Shaw's evidence, Queensland is dictatorial (Aye Aye Captain Bligh) and we have already lost our democracy, because of these "Constitutional Corporations", which remove the Government from the people, the Commonwealth and the Crown, under a reallocation of risk and liability, and now put the Government under Corporate Law not Common Law. Corporate Law does not recognise Habeas Corpus (right to trial by Jury) or the Bill of Rights which were bestowed on us under British Common Law, therefore there are no human rights under Corporate Law. That's how they get away with poisoning our food and our water with immunity.

It was also with interest that I saw the AFP (Australian Federal Police) say that the people smuggling/sex trade is bigger than the AFP, but he wouldn't elaborate further. I'm pretty sure Alex Jones of Infowars.com has said that this is connected to the United Nations, as is the conspiracy of silence over deaths associated with the Gardasil vaccine.

Given that the American Government has been busted selling cocaine and guns to Mexican Cartels, and American banks such as Wells Fargo and the Federal Reserve have also been busted laundering drug money, it sure does give some weight to the argument, some would call a conspiracy theory, that the Illuminati/Bilderberg scum are trying to hijack our sovereignty as well, so that they can form their banker led dictatorial fascist world government, a New World Order.

Forced Superannuation is a Treasonous Act because our retirement savings are held in Wall Street which is a Roulette Wheel, except we can only stay on the black square, we can bet long (up) only. There is no right to tax Australians under the Constitution, because as a Sovereign nation we should be able to print our own money. The Carbon Tax Bill does the exact opposite of what they claim it will do, it increases pollution and lines their pockets. The Carbon Tax is nothing more than a genocidal eugenics plan to reduce world population, except this time they are doing it by stealth instead of the Death Camps of Nazi Germany.

The Government are treasonous traitors, snakes in the grass, crocodiles in the river, lying in wait. They are lower than low, lower and more filthy and satanic, and make Jack the Ripper look saintly by comparison. The large majority of politicians and judges and everyone else who not only conceals these crimes, but assists by bootlicking and doing what they are told are also guilty.

In the Nuremberg Trials, Nazi's solders and enforcers claimed that they were just taking orders. That is no excuse. Anyone who works in Government, in the Judiciary, in the Police, or the Armed Forces who aid and abett these criminal activities are guilty of TREASON.
