What law? I know of no law that tells people how they have to regulate the political use of their own private property to be unbiased. It might very well be unconstitutional.

We have a lot more people spread out over a lot more acreage than the average nation as well. We also do not have anything resembling a uniform healthcare system. It is why the democrats are taking the wrong approach by focusing on insurance instead of actual ownership of the healthcare sector.

South Korea was just coming off a pandemic which caught them by surprise. They were hit right hard by MERS and were not prepared for it. As a result, they were still prepared for this one. And if you want to look at South Korea as your shining city on a hill, you might want to look again. They are experiencing a widespread second wave as we speak.

 

A newspaper can be sued for libel if they make egregiously false and harmful statements even if they didn't directly say them. INALB my understanding is that Libel law is derived from actual physical assault regulations. If you hold someone's coat while they beat up somebody then you can be charged as well, at least in regard to the Civil Law where an equitable outcome is paramount Just so, if you help someone tell a harmful lie then you are accessory to the act, are you not? It is your website, and your knowing what is going on under its auspices seems a reasonable assumption to me

Additionally, these sites are businesses. They have a duty to their stockholders not to do things that will cost them money unnecessarily. If you don't own stock in them you might buy some and attempt to contact other owners of a like mind as yourself and put your case to them. I doubt very much you will be able to unseat Jack Dorsey but if you have a lot of people behind you he might just listen to your ideas.

 

So smear the doctors instead of listening to them. They have proof that hydroxychloroquine works but the democrats and the media would rather let people die than have them be healed because ORANGE MAN BAD.
