I KNEW that you were going to use that ONE SINGLE, utterly PATHETIC and laughable example, in which he had to be FED it! That's not him specifically calling out antifa by name under his OWN steam! :roflol:

You said to find an example of him calling out antifa. He was asked a question and then answered it, but that's not good enough for you lol!

"Oh well he condemned antifa but he didn't say it how I wanted!"

In general, the states were frustrated that there was no national policy, which required them to go it alone. When Biden came to office there was no national policy in place to distribute the vaccine.

Yes, as in calling it out HIMSELF under his OWN steam! But I guess you think that this is a bit too much for doddering old Joe to handle! :roflol:

So you admit that the media are jumping to Biden's defense in a way which they didn't for Trump?

So you want him to hold a press conference or something and denounce antufa? Did Trump ever do the same?

Funny how you have a problem with Biden's one liner considering a majority of your Biden quotes are one liners snipped from his entire quote providing context.

I just LOVE how you don't know that Trump LITERALLY did this for white supremacy! Too much CNN for you! :roflol:

Yes, because if the only 'condemning' of white supremacy Trump did was answering "yes" to the question, "do you condemn white supremacy", this would have REALLY satisfied the left! :roflol:

He condemned white supremacy about ONE MILLION times and they STILL weren't satisfied! You can't please the woke mob!

I’m not quite sure what your problem is. It is as if you are somehow objecting to what Biden said, particularly the part you have colored red. Fact of the matter is, that even though we live in an ever more wired society, there are still portions of society who are out of the loop. There are large numbers of people who do not own computers and do not know how to use them all that well, if at all. Mostly older people. I think the census puts the number of households that regularly use computers at around 80%. As the world becomes more and more centered around the internet, policy makers are discovering that they can’t just switch everything to on-line, because too many would be left behind.

As the pandemic hit and schools were closed down, it was thought that children could just pull out a computer and learn from home. Turned out that large numbers of those children had no computer, no internet in their home. This was more often found in Black and Hispanic homes, and in rural communities. People have stepped forward to help remedy the situation, but the fact remains, there are those who do not have regular access to a computer and the internet. Especially among older Black and Hispanic individuals.

The violence associated with the Black Lives Matter protests was about civil rights. To condemn the protests, would be a bit like condemning Martin Luther King and the movement he helped lead. Besides, as the Mayors of Seattle, Portland, and Denver discovered, as is with most civil rights protests that turn violent, most of the violence was initiated by the police. In addition, the folks who get their news from such lofty news sources such as FOX and Newsmax were shown mashups of many different events from different locations over a few years, which gave many the impression that things were much, much worse than they ever were. To condemn the Black Lives Matter movement, is to play into silly Republican narratives.

Denver, for the past six months or so, has been sending a team of social and healthcare workers, rather than police officers, for a range of calls. Especially in those cases where a mental breakdown may be at play. Denver has been calling it a success. Not only is the community better served, but the police are then focused on real crime, where they should be. Rather than deal with the mentally ill and drug addicts where social workers tend to be more effective. Portland is currently initiating a similar program, although on a smaller scale. That is what defunding the police is about. Shifting resources. It may be, that some young offenders, their victims, and the community at large are better served if the offender is placed in the care of, and rehabilitated by social workers, rather than police officers and jails.

Oh yeah, DESTROYING livelihoods including many black people's livelihoods, and attacking a children's cancer hospital with kids inside is all about civil rights! :roflol:

If Trump had said it, you would have called him a racist. Plain and simple. If I want, I can contextualise the Trump "sh$thole' comment, but I suspect that you are only interested in contextualising Biden! :roflol:

I see the left will now be spending the next fours years translating what Beijing Biden 'meant' to say.

Ah.... remember the days when liberals were bashing Trump for rushing a vaccine and telling us how dangerous it is and that we should not trust a rushed vaccine from the Trump administration are now bashing him for not getting enough doses.. You all flip quicker than Robert Hanssen. The smell of hypocrisy is ripe in these forums.

I wouldn't worry about what Joe forgets or remembers. Kamala is wearing the pants in that relationship. If the left wasn't so racist then perhaps she would actually be the president but in the end they went with their favorite: RICH RACIST POWERFUL OLD WHITE MAN
don't ever let them forget it when they race bait you..they can't handle that rebuttal and usually fall apart..very entertaining stuff!

Still waiting.... Did you have a factual retort, or was this :above: just a cute saying you dreamed up...?

The only thing Kamala-la-la and her 'fatherly sidekick' in the Oval Office "started from scratch" was a concoction of bullshit impressions about how they had to start the whole vaccination program from scratch.... :floating:

Meanwhile, even though we now enjoy the beneficently adroit ministrations of our new 'dynamic duo', we still have missed-targets, delayed deliveries, bottlenecks, and the need for frequent, repeated 'revisions' in nearly everything related to this 'vaccine rollout. :cynic:

The Trump admin's plan, which was under funded, was to rely on the states to distribute the vaccine. As evidenced by the increase of daily doses given, up to an average of 1.7M a day, Biden's plan of federal coordination of distribution is working better.

So like the last four years?

Well, if we have to have an inarticulate, rambling boob in the WH, I guess a nice one is better than an *******.

    Cheers.

I agree... the bullshit that Kamala-la-la and 'The Dotard-in-Chief' have put out about having to start everything related to the vaccines 'from scratch' isn't worth comment -- but -- hyperliberal, unthinking Democrats eat it up by the bucket....

There is honesty and a good measure of truth in your reply, Lee. Nobody anywhere in any government knew exactly WHAT the hell we were dealing with when the virus hit us full force starting about 11 months ago... and, needless to say, we had neither medicine nor vaccine to deal with it at all.

Did Trump's people do a good job of responding to COVID-19? I will concede that the 'lockdowns' should have gone into effect more quickly and been more comprehensive. As it was, the viral onslaught was so frightening and overwhelming, state governments got 'spun-up' in a hurry -- partially because there, indeed, was no huge, coast-to-coast "plan" that went instantly into effect, partially because people were dying by the hundreds every day, and, partially because companies, large and small, were screaming that their businesses were being destroyed overnight. State governments said, "We know what we need -- so, SEND IT A.S.A.P. And for the time being, we'll do the rest!" It made sense, really -- the effects and spread of the virus were markedly different in different states, in different parts of the country....

Could Trump have done 'better'? Yeah, and hindsight is always 20-20. His 'warp-speed' initiative resulted in vaccines produced YEARS faster than any had ever been developed and produced in history. Can Biden's people -- from the relatively comfortable position of coming into power AFTER all that 'heavy-lifting' had been done -- do better, going forward? Let's hope so.

Biden condemned antifa violence, but the right won't accept it because they don't like how he said it lol.

Of course the right wing will just say he didn't call out antifa by name so it doesn't count lol. But then why say "anyone" if antifa isn't included?

Biden said there were 50 million doses when he entered the white house. Of course, you will just ignore the full context of the conversation and read only that one line.

It's funny to see the far right accuse the left of gleaning what Biden is saying when the right didn that all the time.

I remember when president bleach suggested injected oneself with bleach for a cleansing. Then his minions came out in support saying Trump was talking about UV rays and then proceeded to post junk articles about inserting light bulbs down a person's trachea. Then the next day, Trump said he wasn't referring to UV rays, but his suggestion was based on sarcasm lol. Good times!
