If you weren't blindfolded you might be able to see how corrupt what you just
    described actually is.

OP knows more than the FBI because he spent some time in the Air Force. Good thread. Hillary could lift everyone out of poverty, feed the all the hungry people in the world, cure all disease, and still not get a pass from you. Boring.

Hillary didn't physically take classified info from a secure location to a non-secure location.

Wow. How stupid is that? First of all, I saw stories that said he didn't archive
his personal emails. Now the NYT and the State Department has gone back
and classified a dozen of them more than 12 years after the fact? Doesn't this
sound like they are just trying to cover for Crooked Hillary by using the "They
did it too" excuse? That won't please Colin Powell. No wonder he trashed
her in public recently for trying to blame him for her transgressions.

What is Hillary's (now defunked) evolving excuse? That they weren't classified
at the time? This story actually says that they weren't classified at the time.

private email to private emails of Powell are no more and can not be recovered

powell has admitted to use AOLMail, this is not new news

I'm not cheering the Bush Admin for anything. I don't think they were doing the same thing either.

Tell me, who in the Bush Administration had their own private server with classified information on it?

If you are talking about the "Valerie Plame Scandal", I guess I'll have to educate you. That turns out
not to be a scandal at all. She was outed, unintentionally, by Colin Powell Chief of Staff Richard Armitage.

In truth, Plame and her husband made no secret about her working for the CIA, they bragged and
joked about it at the Washington D.C. party circuit where they rubbed elbows with the wealthy and
powerful politicians. That's how Armitage found out.

Powell used personal email on a private non-government server and they found classified emails from it

This is true, but I think one's own words can be quite revealing. I know a
phony when I see one. You can believe me or not that, fine. But I think
that what I say will demonstrate that I in fact am telling the truth.

That is a very ignorant statement. Are you sure you want to stand by that kind of stupidity
or would you like to elaborate?

I have to ask, why did it take 12 years for them to determine this?

It's because democrats went looking for reasons to excuse Hillary,
and saying "They did it too" is just a poor excuse for her crimes.

cause no one was looking before this, the only reason anyone care now is cause republicans are playing partisan politics

if this was a real issue Congress would pass a bill to monitor the gov email servers in REAL TIME so it did not take 12 years to catch it next time

it's not a crime, we can debate if it should be in the future, but at the time it was not

    http://thedailybanter.com/2015/03/f...egulation-hillary-clinton-allegedly-violated/

    1) Did Clinton break any laws by using a private email account, exclusively or otherwise?

No. And we’ve known about her private email for a couple of years now after it was originally reported by Gawker. So, old news. Also, guess which lawmaker made sure personal email usage was permitted in the amendments to the Federal Records Act last year? Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA).

If she is not charged by any legally designated authority...

...it doesn't matter one iota what you think...or whether or not you give her "a pass."

If you weren't so blinded by your hatred...you might see that.

You are free to think that.

This just isn't true #1. He didn't have a private email server in his home. They didn't find
classified information on it. They deemed it classified after the fact. Probably, I'm sure
as a means of deflecting the charges against Crooked Hillary.

But if the statute of limitations isn't up, by all means, charge them with a crime if you think
those charges would stick. I'm all for it if that is the price of charging Crooked Hillary.

Keep in mind, none of them are accused of doing any of the crimes that Hillary did. Like
destroying evidence, evidence that was under FOIA requests and congressional subpoenas,
giving it to people that had no clearances whatsoever.

This just scratches the surface of the mind boggling amount of criminality.

Seriously, how can anyone vote for Hillary in good conscience?

Until it's made FOR him that is...

Here is a petition to make Comey resign

    From the link.....

You clearly stated that it is a violation of law to negligently handle classified material:

"...[it is a] felony to mishandle classified information either intentionally or in a grossly negligent way."
"... participants who know or should know that the subject matter is classified are still obligated to protect it."

You clearly stated that Hillary Clinton negligently handling classified material:

"...there is evidence that [Secretary Clinton or her colleagues] were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information."
"...there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information..."

"...[Secretary Clinton's emails contained] 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined...to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information..."

"...None of these e-mails should have been on any kind of unclassified system, but their presence is especially concerning because all of these e-mails were housed on unclassified personal servers

Not recommending charges for those things is a blatant miscarriage of justice. Resign Mr. Comey.

I wasn't saying I would make that decision, the link I provided is to a petition. Comey's own words show he did not do his job. Maybe he let politics sway him. He should have recommended charges. Anyone else would be in jail by now. Talk about preferential treatment... I would think that even liberals would want fairness...after all...that is what they claim to be all about.

I appreciate your anger over this, RPA. I remember feeling that same way toward people like North, Poindexter, Reagan, Cheney and Dubya.

Bottom line: If someone indicts them...then they face charges. A petition is just a petition.

I suspect the American conservatives are bothered because they see that Hillary Clinton, despite all their hate and malice toward her, stands a good chance of being elected our next president.

    Okay.

    Do your worst.

I will vote for her with enthusiasm.
