She should be deported. I don't get why she isn't, unless it's only because of anchor babies. If so, that law needs to be changed.

So what? They are her responsibility, not ours. Or that is at least how it should be.

A civilised society does not allow children to starve.

You want to take her and her litter in? Be my guest.

A society that wants to survive realises that there is no such thing as a free lunch.

Ah, libertarian nonsense. All societies support differing groups of people, a caring and civilised one, such as the Scandic nations or most of the British Commonwealth provide safety nets for those who cannot help themselves which includes Children.

Of course he/she does, the left want you to pay money distributed evenly to everyone in the world, have no countries and be ruled by one world dictatorship.

That good will is being taken advantage of and needs to change. Whats the problem with taking care of yourself and your family anyway, what are you afraid of?

What's she supposed to do, make her children work to feed themselves? They don't allow that on American soil, that's kind of why America builds its sweatshops over the border in Mexico.
Or maybe she should go strap on her job helmet, get into her job cannon and fire off into job land where jobs grow on trees.

A civilised society is judged by the way it treats its poor.

Or maybe she should go back to her own country where she can work legally.

A safety net is good and all but basic math tells us that its not sustainable for one country to take care of all the world's poor. Thus, the line has to be drawn somewhere and illegals certainly fall on the no welfare side. Its a matter of justice as much as economics. Is it fair to the people who are legally waiting in lines and doing stuff right? Is it fair for people who have payed taxes their entire lives? Is it fair for an immigrant who breakes the law to get money without having cobtributet, and comming when theres unemÄloyment also?

In my humble view, no. Its rather disgusting even.

The gubment ought to put her in a cage on a flatbed truck and drive her around the country as an example of American generosity. People can throw avocados and tortillas at her and the little mestizos and watch them eat.

Her is what I would do if the mother is using any form of fake US government issued ID toss her in Federal prison, put any children into Foster Care and if any children were not born here ship those children to their home nation of birth. If not send her out to her home nation with any foreign born children and let the others stay here in Foster Care.

Judge away. Thing is, many poor aren't so poor, and they choose their lifestyle. Like this woman who swam here for free stuff.

Will you or nil you, she is your poor. She left her homeland to find a better standard of life for her children. Just as your forebears did in moving to the US. Why, I ask foolishly, was it OK for them and not OK for her? Moreover, she had the misfortune to do this while the world is in an economic recession, she probably cannot find work, what is he to do until she does? Steal?

Our ancestors didn't travel here illegally, they were invited.

Um, I am sorry, but I am pretty sure our ancestors were not directly invited. At least, that is what my history class in high school told me.

My ancestors were German and Irish immigrants so huh. They were invited. On my mothers side are Apache's and Iroquois so huh again. We didn't invite these illegal bottom feeders and they should get out.

I agree with you as far as illegal immigration goes, I really do want to throw them out.

But my history class taught me the first settlers in the USA were escapees from another country. And when they landed, the indians were the only ones they initially had contact with.

You can't be invited to a place after you have already entered it.

You can't name a piece of land that hasn't been taken over and conquered by more powerful individuals or societies. That is how things worked back then. You can't judge the past on today's rules.

Did they receive a letter or notication to move to America, or did they just up and leave searching for a better life?

    Again, a very accurate point.

All I was simply stating is that we were not INVITED. We came here and conquered our way to our country.

Not that that is a bad thing or not, it simply is.

Yeah it was wrong of us to come here illegally, get on government assistance and expect others to provide for us. Oh wait a minute...

In my view, what europeans did to americans is far worse than illegals claiming welfare. Complete population swap. Just sayin
