IMO, the judges selected to serve on the SCOTUS are expected to defend and expand the power of our corrupt bipartisan ruling political class and its institutions. As a rule they have been very dependable. The women on my list would be wild cards. I doubt that Biden or any other establishment president will ever consider any of them even though they are solid left wingers.

DC is like a Disney Park for the rich and powerful. A place for ordinary government employees to quietly stand in line, and for ordinary Americans to rot in jail if they get uppity.
