Do you mean the same way the GOP destroyed Merrick Garland?

If Kavanaugh's confirmation is forced thru, I believe it will hurt the Republicans in the mid-terms and in 2020.

The GOP will ram through K even if it costs them the Senate.

Personally.... I think that the obvious intellectual dishonesty in the
accusations against Kavanaugh are going to hurt the Dems in a big way in the mid- terms.

I am hoping that he is confirmed to the SC. ...... but I am not seeing even that benefiting the Dems much.

Dennis Tate, the intellectual dishonesty motivates both sides of the US Senate. The American people are motivated Judge K's sense of mean drunkenness, class affluenza, and the incredibly believable story of Dr. Ford.

I think the GOP will confirm him, and the blue will massacre the red in November.

This is not about courtroom legal standards.

This is the court of public opinion, Le Chef.

Another biased poll with leading questions. Below has four possible answers, but you only provide two answers.

Judge K will be confirmed and his confirmation will lead to a greater Dem vote on election day

    Possible answers:

    Yes to both parts
    No to both parts
Yes to first part, no to second part
No to first part, yes to second part.

LOL, I won't speculate. Those who are against him for being a drunk should be able to say when they think it was. But if the last time was "more than 25 years ago." I don't care.

Nope, you are not the judge or standard decider, not now, not ever, Le Chef. I don't care.
