Bizarre projection. Ditto. Nonsense. Ditto. Avoiding the tough reality that the COVID Hoax is the most dangerous mass delusion since Nazism.

I believe you believe you've done so successfully; sad. :( Complete falsehood, and ironic to boot.

I shouldn't have to explain this: but you do realize that a global pandemic will have economic impact regardless of government response, right? Countries that addressed this more aggressively in the beginning were able to re-open earlier.

The fringe argument that we have a choice between economics and public health is a FAKE ARGUMENT. They go hand-in-hand.

Extrapolated; the hoax is real and very dangerous - much more so than the ChiFlu. Complete nonsense. Fallacious/specious plea. Ditto. Fallacious nonsense, but concession noted - have a nice day! :)

No, there's nothing insidious like that. It all comes back to the economy. The deniers and the economy hawks want things to open up. They need somewhere for the kids to be so the parents can go back to work(this is actually and unfortunately a valid concern regardless of where you stand on the virus). Opening schools also creates the illusion that things are better than they are.

And yet the rise in the death rate has already started.

    H3N2 killed about 100K here.

Corona will likely triple that by the end of the year, and won't stop there.

You need to get back to your vague BS. Reality is your enemy..

The rioters were stupid, and criminal. It's not related to COVID, in any way.

The COVID numbers are INCREDIBLY low.

    Nonsense. Ditto.

More than one way to burn a country to the ground, as the Democrats well know.

Gaslighting stops working after a while, which is why you're losing.

The ratio is 3 to 1, in this country, for this year. But that difference will get worse, over time.

The truth is not your friend...

    Bizarre nonsense.

    Makes no sense. Nonsense.

It's not the friend of fear and panic mongers. :)

    You keep denying the obvious.

Nobody outside the Cult will ignore the rising tide of death.

No - I'm very willing to admit that the COVID Hoax is the most dangerous mass delusion since Nazism, and that the panic/fear mongering over it is being used as the latest politically motivated weapon of the Democrats.

Speaking of cults, what about that COVID Hoax Cult? (And the "rising tide of death" is a liberal wet dream.)

    Way to miss the obvious.

I am 69, this could easily kill me. I do hate the ideologically driven denial of science, so that right there is one strong emotion you could accuse me of having.

And yet it hasn't. And there isn't any real expectation that what we've seen will continue, as referenced several times by the morbidity rate decreasing as the virus continues mutate and become less likely to cause death. Why try to scare folks when it isn't necessary?

Not looking left while crossing a street can kill you and is far more likely. Do you still pull out in traffic?

    1500 dead yesterday.

Last week it was a thousand dead a day.

Between school and the flu, it will continue to get worse.

But you're not in the least interested in what's really happening, are you. This is ideology, not science.

Well, if we're going to have a science based discussion, as the number of cases continue to decline, and adoption of protective process continues to rise, what are you afraid of? Or are you unable to depend on the protective process sufficient to ensure that future infection doesn't happen as schools reconvene? You don't get to have it both ways. You can't tell folks to trust in the protective gear and still be worried about rising infections because it just doesn't work.

You are 69 and worried about kids in school? What grade are you in?

I graduated college in 74. So if I went back to school, it would be for a masters or phd.

Problem is, I hate writing long papers, and the higher you go in academia, the longer the papers have to be.
