    Masturbation is nothing more than an indulgence. Sex is about procreation - not pleasure. Thus, simulating sex for the sake of pleasure is an abomination.

    It doesn't matter if you're thinking about someone of the same or opposite sex when playing with yourself. Both are equally grotesque and unnatural.

    Just like an anus, a hand cannot bear children.

    About the dumbest thing I have ever heard. You should be free to do whatever you want with your body as long as it does not harm anyone else. If you want to drink, smoke and masturbate yourself to death, so be it!

    Trolling is your opinion. Every word of the OP is correct. Masturbation is a perversion, one of many, of the life creating purpose of sex within a marital union. It's chief aim is hedonistic pleasure. It's an exercise in selfishness, not the sacrificial, complete self donation of one to the other. It doesn't model the love of God, love so great that he sent his Son to die for the sins of the world. It's a shameful cheapening of the dignity of man created in God's image, a devolution of all we were meant to be.

    Work is about doing your job, not pleasure. Thus working for pleasure is an abomination.

    There is nothing wrong with getting enjoyment out of our bodies. Wether that be through food, hobbies, work, play, or sex. Infact, it is perfectly natural. If we never enjoyed any of the things we did our lives would be very dull. Masturbation is simply another way humans can enjoy themselves such as running or playing sports.
