Too bad your fantasy crime isn't truth. Also, I said in NY, committing the same crime mango committed.

    Try again.

Because it was a sham trial.

Personally, I'm enjoying watching the Democrats prove Trump right about the system being rigged.

Jesus ****ing Christ on a cracker, dude. You, once again, pretend that it pains you to read. Please try reading. I stated that BALANCE SHEETS (those are the thingies that TRUMP LIED IN) use historical values primarily, and that when they use market values, the methodology has to be disclosed in order to be GAAP compliant. If you think that this is somehow mutually exclusive to market values coming from appraisal, then there's no helping you.

Yardmeat: "I had eggs for breakfast."
Wild Bill Kelsoe: "Nuh, uh, eggs come from chickens!"

If you understand how idiotic the above exchange would be, then you understand how nonsensical your previous "response" was.

Perhaps all of the loling is interfering with the reading comprehension.

The fact that you can't answer the question and that you can't even identify what I supposedly ****ed up proves you are wrong. Have fun running away again.

Let me post this for you, again...

"Loan proceeds are based on the value of the property. They're going to require me to actually underwrite my property on the cash flow, the income of the property and what valuation I believe that property's worth. The broker also put a valuation on it," the investor said, "and then the bank is also going to use at least one other appraisal, maybe two, or independent of me."

"There could be as many as five appraisals on that. The value that I'm going to put on the property, keep in mind, when I'm buying something, I'm not thinking about selling it the next day. In the case of Trump, he's not selling any of this stuff," Cardone continued. "We want the property for the cash flow … every seller is always going to push the price value up based on the future, not based on fraud."

It's doesn't take much effort to see that the system is rigged.

Trump get prosecuted for holding government documents. Biden gets off because he's senile. It's also been claimed that Biden was using those documents to get an $8 million advance on a book deal. Can you spell C-O-R-R-U-P-T-I-O-N?

The State of New York is now in the process of confiscating Trump's assets based on the ruling of ONE JUDGE. Need I point out undue process, unequal treatment under the law, two tiers of justice and
    C-O-R-R-U-P-T-I-O-N?

You might not like Trump. I understand that. But if you don't send a message to these Democrats through the ballot box, you might not have another chance.

Excellent. Democratik fascists wipe their butts with the Constitution and their supporters cheer.

    What else is new?

And let me post this for you again: the problem is that he lied on his balance sheets.

They don't care, as long as the government gets the Bad Orange Man.

They're perfectly fine with a system that destroys anyone who disagrees with them and who opposes their agenda.

I'll never understand the hatred you guys have for those who lost their lives to the Nazis. Perhaps brush up on your history one day. And maybe try reading the Constitution if you are going to appeal to it. Even though it is obvious that Trump hasn't read a word of it and never will.

How the hell do you know? Are you an CPA and an auditor? Have you had access to the Trump company books?

Do you know how a balance sheet works? Do you know how the assets are valued on it? I do. They are valued at cost with footnotes that provide market values. I have a degree in accounting.

Do you think Mar-a-Largo is is worth $18 million? If it is for sale at that, I'll sell everything I've got and borrow the rest to buy that puppy. That deal would be like winning the Power Ball Lottery. You would be up hundreds of millions of dollars.

The trouble is I won't get the chance. The billionairs would be lining up to pay cash on the nail before I could even get started.

No, but I am and MBA, I do my own balance sheets, and I definitely know more about GAAP than the Trumps do, at least according to their own testimony.

Then you know that, when you are using market values instead of historical values, you are supposed to disclose your methodology.

Then why did Trump argue that the $18 million valuation was way too high?

He didn't. That was claim of the New York Attorney General who was using the numbers supplied by the property appraiser in Palm Beach Country. Those numbers are ridiculous.

BTW I have an MBA too.

Yes. He did. He appealed the appraisal, claiming it was too high due to the restrictions placed on the property, since it can't be subdivided/used for residential property.

Yes they are two different things.

Can you point to anyone who reported the actual value as more than 20 times assessed value?

Or someone who declared floor space as three times actual?

The sexual abuser's insistence that he is above the law isn't going well, especially when he boasts that he can pay what he owes when his lawyers say he can't.

Former White House ethics head Norm Eisen called former President Trump “dumb” Friday for claiming he has nearly $500 million in cash despite his lawyers previously indicating that he cannot secure a $454 million bond in his New York civil fraud case.

“This is so dumb—now he can’t claim hardship to get a stay,” Eisen said Friday...
    Screen Shot 2022-12-15 at 5.10.12 PM.png
“THROUGH HARD WORK, TALENT, AND LUCK, I CURRENTLY HAVE ALMOST
FIVE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS IN CASH, A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF
WHICH I INTENDED TO USE IN MY CAMPAIGN FOR PRESIDENT.”
Former assistant special Watergate prosecutor Nick Akerman also criticized Trump’s Friday post saying that it was “the dumbest thing he could have possibly done” because “that is a direct admission, by him, that he has the money.”...

If Trump fails to meet the deadline, James said she may seize some of his assets.
The Loser has been whining and sniveling about exposure of his fraudulent operations, and throwing tantrums about those who enforce the law, but he may have just screwed himself bigly.

Can you point to anyone who reported that it wasn't? Did the bank have a problem with it? Did the bank even use that appraisal in the loan documents, or did they use some other appraisal?

    Show us those things, please.

You guys are the ones saying everyone is doing it and he’s the only one that is pursued. But you can’t point to anyone doing the things I’ve mentioned.
