    I'm pretty sure the nomination and process can go unchecked, impeachment or not.

    That being said, I've said it before and Ill say it again. These types of impeachments, like the first one, are unjustified and its obvious. To most people these alleged * next to Trumps name are going to be seen as a mark of honor. He has one, lets give him 2 marks of honor.

    He took the impeachments and continued doing great things.

    You are absolutely right - as soon as Trump makes the nomination, it becomes a function of the Senate, and the house cannot do anything to keep him from making a nomination.
    If Trump wins, and the Dems keep the house, I hope they impeach him early and often.

    Could be. Well, might as well spread the mayhem around. Maybe she could impeach half the Court, or the entire cabinet. In any case Trump is always #1 upfront.

    It's called POWER POLITICS! It ain't Mother Teresa and The Little Sisters of the poor, don't worry about who's being "hypocritical", or who's "lied", or who's not playing "nice"! None of that nonsense means diddly SQUAT! You advance your agenda by any means possible while grinding your opponents agenda into dust the same way. Politics is a blood sport in damn near every sense of the term, if it bothers you to look at it then don't.

    You are missing something. Barack Hussain did nominate someone, just like Trump will nominate someone, the Senate is simply not required to act on the nomination.

    Nor can she do anything about the Senate confirming. What's crazy is listening the this plastic face hack whining before he's even picked anyone. Trump is about to play his Trump card by nominating a women of color.

    when we let the Rethuglican Senators steal the SCOTUS seat from Obama.

    Obama should have made a recess appointment which would have lasted one year. he should have done it on his last day in office.

    instead, Obama was a nice man, and let Trump steal his judge

    Recess can be as simple as overnight.

    Obama could have even use a 1 minute recess to make a recess appointment to the SCOTUS, which would have lasted one year

    Hey we get a Republican Congress and a Democrat President and they don't like him executing his constitutional authority then just impeach him. Don't like his executive order then impeach him. Don't like his budget submission then impeach him.
