Preventing access to the gun isn't necessarily going to prevent the murder

i see stuff like your response in post #383, where you didn't try to refute the claim regarding Constitutional powers with any but "What a load of crock."

If you actually have something, try to actually refute "If the Constitution doesn't give the government the power to do something, it doesn't have that power. Thus the government can do nothing to firearms manufacturers under the Constitution" with something from the Constitution or SCOTUS that shows that the government can shut down firearm manfacturers.

 

If you have no agenda, why are you here in the PF arguing about gun control and the Constitution? If I understood correctly, from other posts you have made, you don't even live in the US. Why do you care what we do.

gun control is far more likely to disarm the honest people who are the intended victims of criminals, than criminals. Honest people tend to obey laws. Criminals are forced to follow the laws only after they are incarcerated
