I didn't give an opinion. I showed you the data. and your position has been refuted by..............the actual data.
You're confused. There are actually THREE graphs, but only two related to DRUG USE. One is from Hamilton and the other is from HRW. So which one do we trust?
You mentioned data and gave your opinion. I got high end sources who also looked at the data and THEY concluded something different.
no, I pointed out what the data shows. what they concluded has no relevance to reality. The data directly refutes the claims you keep making.
it's disingenuous at best. if you're driving a sh** car in a sh** neighborhood with faulty equipment, you're gonna get stopped. as tax paying citizens we WANT the cops to get bad guys off the streets no matter what color they are. since blacks react poorly to police interactions they had their drivers license ran and end up being arrested more. when you commit 51% of all murders and 81% of violent crime vegas odds say, huge surprise, they're gonna get caught a lot!
I was thinking about the part where at night time, when it's dark, the racial disparity disappears. Obviously at night, the race of the driver is very difficult to see.
I really cannot make it any simpler than this: Again, these two 'drug use' graphs from your two sources, really don't match up do they? The Human Rights Watch one indicates an INSANE racial disparity for 'drug use.' So which one do we trust?
Okay, so not system racism. I'm not saying that HRW is unable to do good research! I'm simply saying that 'drug use' doesn't mean 'drug CRIME.' So are you. What's your point? Neither does yours. What's your point? Yes, because they have more interactions with police. Simple! The Harvard study accounted for this. Not reality. And totally irrelevant to the Harvard study. It's VERY simple - according to the study, "on the most extreme use of force – officer-involved shootings – we find no racial differences in either the raw data or when contextual factors are taken into account." You should really have no problem believing this. After all, you believe that Harvard is a reliable source!
That's giving your opinion. That is your opinion without even quoting what part is not relevent. There are just hollow words. My sources with their conclusions stand that institutionalized racism is there in the US. Your opinion means nothing to me. Thanks for trying.
Both graphs are from Hamilton. https://www.hamiltonproject.org/cha...y_race_rates_of_drug_related_criminal_justice My sources stand that institutionalized racism is a thing in the US, and cops are no stranger to it. And I add: you're dishonest on purpose and so I will no longer discuss those graphs or that HRW and Hamilton conflict.
It reads There's evidence of racial disparities at many levels / Experts point to systemic problems So that makes it systemic racism. That if you can put forth a source saying differently, that I do not care about your opinion about my sources. That's why I got 6 sources and you got nothing. You are repeating but not replying to: All you got are contextual factors, and you got no clue what that is. For all you know this includes over policing black people for being black
The data clearly shows your position is nonsense. Blacks commit over 50% of the violent crime. This isn’t debatable. We have the data showing this.
My source says that racism is institutionalized in the US justice system, including cops. And your source is a joke. Most violent crime is not even solved. We all know it. What you got is who the cops end up arresting.
According to your interpretation. You're choosing to ignore the conclusion of a source which you trust. That conclusion is: "On the most extreme use of force – officer-involved shootings – we find no racial differences in either the raw data or when contextual factors are taken into account." And I see that you had no response to this: "I'm not saying that HRW is unable to do good research! I'm simply saying that 'drug use' doesn't mean 'drug CRIME.'"
You endless questioning about the sources, are exceptionally boring. It's all aimed to disregard my sources based on just your opinion. My sources stand that systemic racism happens, since you can't prove differently.
I made a comment about that contextual, and you're not responding it for a 2nd time. HWR mentions... "ILLICIT" drugs... that is a fancy word for "illegal" drugs. And illegal drugs is not a drug crime? This is pathetic, Chris. You wasted your last reply from my about my sources. You failed to debunk it with a source. And so I proved that systemic racism is true. I will not reply to a new round of doubts and questions.
The data clearly shows your position is nonsense. Blacks commit over 50% of the violent crime. This isn’t debatable. We have the data showing this.
I am putting you on ignore since I replied to this fallacy 3 times before and you made 0 attempts to respond.
No, I'm just wondering which source you trust the most. Anyway, it looks like you admit that there's a conflict!
I accept your concession. As you've been shown, the data clearly refutes the claims you continuously make.
I noticed the only crime you seem concerned with is drug relate. Are you not interested in the people who commit murder and rape and burglary and theft? We have stats on who commits those in large numbers.
