    I actually prefer that. I hated when that bullshit "Asian" came into vogue. The Orientals demanded to be called Asian, but Indians, Pakistanis, etc. are from Asia also and have little in common with Orientals. Did the Orientals ask the entire continent of Asia for permission to call everyone "Asian"? It's amazing how all the PC groups demand rights for themselves but never give a thought to anyone else.

    In a court room setting while arguing in front of her? Absolutely. That is, without a doubt, contempt of court. You won’t go to jail for just walking down the street and saying that about her. Only in a courtroom setting.

    I hadn't thought about that. You can have contempt for a president and say it anywhere even to his face with first amendment protection. But you can't have contempt for a judge and express it in court with the same protection. Lawyers certainly do have a knack for hiding behind the law.

    1. Calling it the China virus isn't racist. It's the literal truth. It's a virus from China.
    If China Virus is racist then so is Kentucky Bourbon.

    2. What happens next?

    Saying homosexuality is immoral is determined to be hate speech. The bible is considered hate speech. Judaism and Christianity declared hate groups and outlawed and jailed.
    But you probably think that's a good thing.
