Yes she was, Indonesian law requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt for conviction. She was convicted. What you really mean is that emotional trial by media maniulation and rhetoric didnt prove her guilty which is an entirely different thing.
Many people are in doubt as to her guilt. You obviously didn't follow the court case or you would see the same. There are too many problems and questions.

And didn't the city of Signapore execute a number of Vietnamee 'Australians' some years ago for carrying drugs? I can't remember the details. Anyone tryingto push drugs in those countries must be aware of the potential consequences, or be short in the brain dept.
What person would march into Indonesia with a huge bag of pot, knowing it was bloody obvious? No one would do that, they'd try to keep it hidden.
You can't make an assumption like that. Her family might be a bunch of bogans but it doesn't make her a law breaker.

It was proven to the extent the indo law needed. Case closed. As has been discussed before, fingerprinting would have proven NOTHING. She could have used gloves when packing it and therefore wouldn't have left prints. Printing it would have been a waste of time. As would DNA testing the drugs because it would have only proven that the drugs were from aus.
