Ok. A larger discussion is that it is not about marijuana and drug legalization, but about the abomination of hypocrisy being worse than a crack addiction and no drugs are required. Prohibition has the effect it does due to the moral turpitude of bearing false witness to other laws that could ameliorate the social dilemma of drug use. Criminal activity increases during prohibition since black markets are created whenever there is a perceived want. We have no longer any Prohibition clause; but we will always have a Commerce Clause.
Legally, you either need to have a full blown commercial license, or a fuel alcohol license. IMHO, if you have a fuel alcohol license you'd be on shaky legal ground to consume it.
Yes, I do support criminalizing recreational marijuana usage. I do not believe it should be penalized with jail or prison time though. I think a fine or some community service time would be sufficient. Perhaps those who abuse marijuana could serve their community service sentence by volunteering at a drug rehab facility.

As long as it does not harm anyone else . That's the problem as whenever someone does something it does and will effect another person .
