Thats why you suck the lime first... hold the juice in your mouth, add tequila, swallow, lick the salt.

Too many makes your clothes fall off, so be careful.

I remember splitting a whole bottle of Mescal with a buddy and fighting over the worm. You are correct...its Salt, Lime then a mouthful of Mezcal (or Tequila).

Hi all, looking for some chicken soup. Gots me the sniffles and sneezed so hard, I think I cracked a rib.
If y'all don't have soup, a hot toddy or two or three might to the trick.

 

A few days ago, I was reading my 5 year old granddaughter a bedtime story. Then she says "Grandpa can you put your arm around me while you read?" My heart melted...I raised my arm, she turned her head and accidently SNEEZED right in my face!!! She knows to cover up at a sneeze but this one caught her by surprise. Today my nose has turned into a faucet with no turn off valve. I just sprayed the organ in an attempt to fend off the hordes of microscopic legions.

Uh....I think I have a fever.

OK, so I'm fighting it out with Aetna on the phone -- and finally come to a agreement and they ask me to hold so they can transfer me. I swear to God... the hold music was the same music they played in the move Soylent Green when E. G. Robinson was sitting in the recliner watching the beautiful pics of the way the earth used to be... on his way to check out.

Was it subliminal or was it real? Guess I'm relieved to know it's real music... but still.

Real Boozers don't need no fancy limes or lemons { Well maybe Hunter Thompson }
or licking salt off'n their hand.
I really can't envison Papa Hemingway or Dylan Thomas or even John Barrymore
sucking lemons or licking salt. Maybe W.C.Fields,but only because he could make it look
funnier than it really is.

 

It's best not to get too serious about boozing, dumplin. Hard on one's liver. Move to CO and become a pothead. It's the New American Way.

Too many brownies are hard on the hips....or so I heard

 

Yeah, my tapatalk has got gremlins. It went from not being able to post pics... to letting me post attachments... to cutting me off altogether.

I've cleared the cache, deleted the app and reinstalled it. Removed PF from my favs... then searched for it manually.

I've tried everything I can think of.

And yeah, it's just PF. Every other forum works fine.

Was hoping the powers to be would have fixed you up by now. Interestingly, we don't have any other complaints about it.
I observed folks at 'who's on line' last night, and we had several tapatalk members logged in.

Tigerbalm works great when confronted with nasty smells. Use it sparingly though and only on your upper lip. Shoving it in your nose may not be a great experience.
