Question: should police prioritize areas where there's more crime, or evenly distribute themselves over low and high crime areas?

If the latter, should they do so proportional to population or area? A certain number of police per 100,000 people, or per square mile?

 

I think you can look up the history easy enough if you want. Oh and maybe they get arrested more often because the teachers union does a piss poor job of teaching them how the world works. Oh and rape us fairly common in the 'hood.
