Let's say you're right, does this mean your going to start correcting your fellow cons when they say there's no systematic racism in America?

How would you know in which areas there is more crime?

Careful! What I'm asking is a trick question. Be sure to read the OP before you respond. Don't blame me if you fall into the argumentative trap I just laid for you.

He's not claiming that your stats are bogus but rather that the conclusions you reach from them are.

This is historically done on oppressed minorities of any type anywhere. The oppressor creates the conditions which cause dysfunctional outcomes which they then further oppress the minority for having.

Allied to this are things that come from the actual structure of numbers themselves. One of my favorites here is the oft-repeated notion that blacks commit far more crimes against whites than whites do against blacks while neglecting to note that blacks ARE a minority after all and who are black criminals thus more likely to commit the crimes on?

For god's sake don't TELL them. A main component of conservatism is to go out of their way NOT to notice this type of thing and then to ignore it even if it's pointed out

Well sure. The left complains about systemic racism and the only examples we can find are affirmative action programs.

See, you need actual contradicting stats to actually prove this post hoc theory. So far, none have been provided.

The fact is this. "Racism" is defined, politically, as anything that might conceivably be construed to disagree with a liberal. Racism, as traditionally defined, is perfectly okay, so long as it harms white people or sometimes Asians.

    People discriminate without feeling superior.
Some may simply not like the color black.

Great, how does AA fix that in a neutral manner? It doesn't. It goes beyond correcting that and into the area of telling blacks that they can't achieve what white people can.

Those are committed by individuals, not wealthy institutions. If you know of a systemically racist institution operating in the United States, file suit, sue their asses off, you'll make a fortune. Or, if you don't want to go through all that, simply report them to the EEOC.

But then there is this: DISASTROUS D.A.: Death and De-Prosecution in Philadelphia: The city’s district attorney won’t fight crime even as the body count rises.

During the surge in Iraq, and the height of the door to door fighting to clean out Fallujah, it was more deadly to be military aged black male in Philadelphia than it was to be a US soldier fighting door to door, dodging IED's, and fighting eyeball to eyeball with hardened terrorists in Iraq.

Okay, just admit it. We're using systemic racism to fix systemic racism. Don't hide behind it. Just admit it. AA is systemic racism.

I won't get into the fact that AA has harmed minorities, too. Different topic.
