Race quotas are necessary because most of the student body in mainstream universities are made up of Asians and Whites, and that is not fair to the oppressed blacks and mexicans.

That is an assumption that you are making. We don't know how the tests were graded or if the tests were conducted uniformly. But we do know that such tsts were not part of the job description by Georgia Pacific.

In all honesty, I can use written tests to determine a lot of things, but ignore who is literate and who is not. The literacy part is just a ruse to make sure I get the type of people I want in those positions.

 

Do you have a copy of the test? What was the level of the test?

Could it be because they were the only ones given the test.

You will have to talk to some Libs about that. All I know is that they were fined for giving a test that was not relevant to the job being applied for. Also you don't know who was given the test or what was on it.
