Top generals feared Trump would attempt a coup after election, according to new book

Mark Milley, was so shaken that then-President Donald Trump and his allies might attempt a coup or take other dangerous or illegal measures after the November election that Milley and other top officials informally planned for different ways to stop Trump,“

This shows just how scary the dirty donny administration was. The top military brass was genuinely concerned that he would try to order / orchestrate a coup. So concerned that they planned how to stop it.

Seriously? This is the first time that the military has been concerned that an outgoing president might order them to keep him in power.
Dirty donny tried everything he could to stay in power, including trying to get the VP and Congress to ignore the will of the people in a free and fair election, and to get state officials to alter their counts to give him enough votes.
Does anyone really doubt that he considered using the military to stay in power, or that he would have actually used them if he thought he could get away with it?

That's a direct violation of the law, you can't have a general overriding the President, that my friend is very dangerous. He is not elected, he doesn't make policy, his option is to resign not use the military to do his bidding. He literally admitted to doing the very thing he says he mistakenly thought Trump would do. Unreal.......

 

And yet, there are no reports that he actually did try to order them to do such.
