- that the boxes contained classified information
- trump received the subpoena (this is already not in doubt)
- that he ordered the boxes to be moved from the storage area to his private residence
- that he permitted a search of the storage area to comply with the subpoena, on his assurance that that was the only place that any documents responsive to the subpoena were stored.

How is that NOT obstruction of justice?

In the 2020 election, there were a few fools who saw video of boxes being moved and said it was proof of voter cheating/fraud, which turned out to be complete bs, so it's entirely possible that the video, and accompanying testimony are off base, and are waiting to be "proven".
Until they can prove, or verify, that the informant and video are what they say they are, it only looks bad. I did read a while back that there were more than one informants.
Probably a wise move to wait to get worked up over this, one way or another. This is why I hope they charge Trump, so the facts can be all laid out and examined as to their merit. Hopefully that will happen soon.
