Trump should cancel election and declare martial law

That's not actually a thing. the president you can't just declare a national emergency and decide he has more authority.
Congress has to vote to give emergency powers.

This is the hilarious part most trumpers don't realize that if they do succeed in discounting enough votes to get Biden below 270 it's not the supreme Court that decides the election it's the House of Representatives which is controlled by the Democrats. The Constitution is very specific on that. So Biden would still win.

The only known case of voter fraud in 2020 came from a trump supporter. An old woman who tried to vote twice. She claimed that someone she lived with stole her original melon ballot and mailed it in, and then she tried to vote in person as well. she was told that her original ballot had already been passed but if she wanted to sign an affidavit officially naming the person who stole her original mailing ballot she could cast a provisional ballot and have that as her official vote.

the woman outright refused to name the person who stole the ballot leading officials and investigators to believe she might have been lying all along and simply was caught trying to vote twice

 

Which is exactly what Trump told his supporters to do before the election. I wonder how many of those cases there are?

Just because the Dems resorted to a 3 year long illegal spying, witch hunt and fishing expedition, does not mean that any investigation and any court case is the same as what they did.

 

Do we frequently investigate murders where there is no dead body?
Do we investigate when a grocery store reports no shoplifting?

What other types of non crimes do we investigate? Is this why our courts are so backlogged?

When there are hundreds of legally binding under the penalty of perjury affidavits and statements asserting criminal activity, we absolutely always do investigate.

Lest we forget that people are free to hire lawyers/private investigators to investigate whatever the hell they like. And if they find what they are looking for, good for them, courts will determine the outcome.

 

Well, except for the part where Hillary conceded, the President invited Trump to the WH to discuss transition, Michelle invited Melania to the WH to show her around, and Biden invited Pence.
