I'm not sure where you got that graph but it's not showing the correct reproductivity rate of Covid19. That says it's only 2-2.5 when it's actually 2-5

Also, it has longer incubation periods, and 0 days between symptom onset and maximum infectivity.

Trump should keep the failed obsolete education system shutdown forever.
The budget should be transferred to vested accounts controlled by parents and guardians of children.
Teachers should be liberated from the system and encouraged to open their own unregulated micro-schools from homes and offices in their neighborhoods.

 

Look I wrote this thread about schools. While I understand that kids need social interaction the problem is that schools themselves are hot beds for a virus. We have other means to do education until at least the virus isnt so prevalent. I dont want to see another lockdown who h is why I felt that in person schooling could be pushed back since it is not imperative.
It's not necessarily for the kids health because most do not have severe problem with the virus it's the ppl they would bring it home to the workers at the schools etc etc.

 

That would just make this country way less educated than we already are.

Schools can't contain head lice, pink eye and chicken pox, so how are we supposed to believe they're going to be able to handle this?

I understand that the Democrat COVID Hoax is the most dangerous mass delusion since Nazism.

 

This is probably not a smart idea to open the schools back up. Two things can go very wrong, the kids can get sick and miss a lot of school, even if they don't end up in a hospital. The other thing is that even if they don't get very sick they can give the virus on to parents and other adults who might get very sick and even die.

We are going to have a real tough winter if we open everything up like Trump wants. The COVID virus continues to mutate and this fall we will also see the seasonal return of the regular flu. What happens if they mutate with each other? Then we could have some real problems.

 

I dont see you crying about this in the other covid related threads in this forum go cry somewhere else there are a few on the front page that deal with the virus.
But alas this is about trump being wrong like always and schools. Covid does go with it but it's not about the virus. If I posted something like covid is worse than Republicans believe with reports or what not you would have a valid point because it would be about the virus.

Where is your extensive proof that it is a hoax?? I have a friend and then 2 relatives who are in the health field and have worked with covid patients. 2 of them have seen deaths from the virus. Yet you claim it's a hoax why on earth would someone (the whole planet) make up something like that? What purpos? What to get trump like he claims?? He sees boogeymen around every corner blames everyone e for his mistakes the guy is mentally unstable narcissistic to the core and could care less about you me or anyone not named Donald j trump. He would kill his whole family if it meant getting what he wants. They know perfectly well it's not a hoax.

A lot of people have trouble admitting they were wrong. This takes that a step further. Even in the face of mass death, they can't admit their (wtf am I going to call that mess???) value system has led them into utter insanity.

It's a lot like a neurosis that way. Neurotics will never admit the obvious, should you waste time confronting them. But any good therapist can get past that and get them to talk about what is really going on.

This is not a hoax but a befuddling overreaction to a virus by not the whole world but mostly by the western world used to feeling 100 percent safe which was a self inflicted hoax.

It is a credit to the success of the western world that we can indulge in this overreaction as large parts of the world have significant things to worry about.

And I’m not sure we are doing our children any favors by not allowing them to be exposed while denying them an education.

I could accept that to some degree however most countries ended up locking down and did the things we tried. The problem with this country is we are not used to stuff like this. Asian countries np they all go with masks on during these times but they have been thru it way more than us.

Btw the children are getting a education online. The only problem online is that kids do also need that social interaction that they get from school. Delaying going into school wont hurt much at all and it could save lives what's 6 months out of 12 years of schooling.
