    Nobody has to prove innocence. You'll need to prove guilt with a subpoena, and you'll need reasonable cause for a judge to sign off on it. Good luck. It's not gonna happen.

    And if you make a claim that they falsely claimed then you have to prove the falsely. The burden is on the plaintiff before the defendant ever has to present any evidence
