The watchers were free to come and go as they pleased. State officials were there watching. And the entire thing was filmed and livestreamed . . . for anyone in the public to observe any time they wished. What part about that you are you not understanding?

Well that's odd. Because there are numerous affidavits by people who were inside the TCF Center, including the delightful Ms. Carone.

Standing and laches means the case is never heard.

They didn't tell the cameras, which were livestreaming, to go home. In fact, the only people I saw told to go home were the volunteers who were only there to open envelopes . . . because they were done. Regardless, they were free to return at any time . . . and the entire thing was livestreamed for the public . . . remember?

Counted to the witnesses there but then I suspect you know more than they do. LOL

White flag accepted. And this post makes no sense. You were claiming there *were* no witnesses there any longer. And, again, the entire thing was livestreamed for the entire public. But keep running away from the facts. I don't foresee that changing any time soon.

Cases aren't dismissed with no explanation. Judges explain why they are dismissed for lack of standing or laches (or whatever other reason) - often at great length.

    Wisconsin:
“The relief being sought by the petitioners is the most dramatic invocation of judicial power I have ever seen,” said Brian Hagedorn, a conservative elected justice, in a concurring opinion. “Judicial acquiescence to such entreaties built on so flimsy a foundation would do indelible damage to every future election. Once the door is opened to judicial invalidation of presidential election results, it will be awfully hard to close that door again. This is a dangerous path we are being asked to tread.”

Still dismissed on standing or laches means evidence is never heard in a court of law.

An Arizona county judge, similarly, tossed a suit brought by state GOP chair Kelli Ward. "The court finds no misconduct, no fraud and no effect on the outcome of the election." Ward has vowed to appeal that ruling.

Who believed they saw irregularities, contradicted by:
    • What was actually happening - which they didn't understand because none of them attended training
    • The fact that they were the only ones out of 150+ Republican watchers who "witnessed" irregularities
    • That none reported their concerns to bi-partisan election officials on site
    • Other affidavits stating the contrary
    • Testimony from on-site officials
    • Physical evidence re layout, access, visibility
    • etc. etc. etc.
All of which amounted to unsubstantiated conjecture and speculation.

By the way, still waiting for your description of lack of standing.

A Nevada judge issued a point-by-point rejection of every claim lodged by the Trump team, emphasizing that the facts they presented were sparse and unpersuasive. Carson City District Judge James Russell’s opinion repeatedly emphasized their case would not have succeeded “under any standard of proof.”

Of course it's heard in a court of law. Where else do you think judges work?

It is reviewed and evaluated. It is discussed in hearings. It is cited in the judge's explanation of why the case is dismissed.

Ever hear of corroborating evidence ? It is hard tangible evidence that proves the testimony.

There isnt a judge or a jury that would convict anyone on the weak accusations being made here and you know it.

    Source ?

You keep making things up to fit your narrative.....where is the evidence ?

You obviously didn’t watch the 12 minute video, yet your here debating it. They did not count one ballot in that video, not ONE was run thru the machine.

Have you seen they just did a hand recount? How do you think that turned out? Wanna guess?

A "hand recount" does nothing for all the signatures that don't match. A "hand count" is just a way to placate stupid people.
