That's something you should ask yourself if you believe only radical feminists believe in the patriarchy.

The patriarchy is made up of guys who think they know and want what is best for women. Oh, and children and dogs too. The word "patronizing" fits in there too.

Fortunately the "archy" part of the word refers to something that is evaporating.

I've never sought sympathy from anyone on the internet for anything largely because I'm a man and I already know what the outcome would be as a result.

Quote Smartmouthwoman: "There can be no true equality between two things that are not the same... like men & women"

So, in other words, you believe in inequalities between males and females. So, basically, you believe in sexism. That's fair enough. At least you admit you're sexist unlike are resident feminists who say their movement just means equality while they support a campaign that portrays women as the only victims of domestic violence and men as the only perpetrators of domestic violence all the while in the presence of scientific evidence whose conclusions say this is far from the truth.

I don't blame women for all the problems of men, but I believe men have their own problems and I believe men are not privileged anymore than women are privileged. For example, 80% of suicides of students are males, yet have you ever heard about boys high suicide rate relative to girls suicide rate in the media. However, how often have you heard the media discussing how being called bossy may have a detrimental effect on girls pursuing leadership positions in the future. I mean, if you were to take sex out of the equation, what is more important being called a name, or suicide???

Yes, as an egalitarean I don't believe a supremacist movement is in anyones best interests, not even the supremacists who are part of the movement.

I wonder if "pathetic loser" would describe a "guy" who keeps responding to my posts
all over the forum, thinking I'd read them.

Make up your mind what you want to do then do it.

Do you want to raise men's issues or do you want to bash feminists?

Bashing feminists sucks up all the time you could better spend raising awareness of the men's issues you claim to care about. Hard to tell what your agenda is, claiming to care about men's issues while all the time accusing others of being Nazis. Yeah, that will garner you a lot of support and respect for the men's issues you want to highlight and address.

It wasn't that long ago that domestic violence was a 'silent / hidden' crime. No infrastructure, no resources given to it to address it or act on it. It was as if we all went round saying it didn't exist. I highlight domestic violence perpetrated on women because the prevelance of it deserves attention, IMO. Particurlary since this is a Woman's Rights section, more the reason to raise it. If a thousand men march to stand against violence towards women that is a wholly positive thing, yet you spin it as negative.

I suggest that instead of bashing me and others and calling us Nazis, that you become a more 'positive' soul and start addressing the issues that concern you concerning men without the derailment of bashing feminists at every turn. Because as it stands, it seems pretty transparent that your higher goal is to bash feminists - and non-feminists for that matter - more than you want to highlight and address men's issues.

So make up your mind. Is your time better served in the negative merry-go-round of calling feminists and non-feminists Nazis or would it be better served raising men's issues without tearing down other people?

You call me a Nazi. No doubt there've been many times where the mantle of misogynist may have fit you well according to what you posted, yet as far as I know, I have never called you such.

You whine about being called names while you go round calling others "Nazis". Quite the breathtaking hypocritical position to take when all is considered.

    Wake up.

Check out his profile, Gwen... we might as well save our breath. The man isn't looking for debate... he's on a mission.

Interesting piece on woman lovers/woman haters... seems to fit the situation:

Yet somehow you knew one of my posts was about patriarchy even though no one else mentioned patriarchy

Even if you weren't lying again, I would not care whether you read my posts or not

If you think I'm a hypocrite for whining about being called names then what do you consider what you're doing in this post???

Can you show us where feminists are putting people into concentration camps and then murdering them systematically?

The Nazis killed 13 million defenseless individuals. Since Roe vs Wade 55 million defenseless individuals have been killed. That makes the feminists over four times worse than the Nazis.

What makes you think every single woman who has had an abortion is a feminist? And why exactly are you against abortion?

Why not? Being a feminist means basically whatever you want it to mean. Works for your pathetic losers and whiners here, who feel free to make up anything they like.

Whether he is a W.P.L. is for those who read his posts to decide.

Ah smartie, I never thought we'd agree or bond over anything, but apparently all of us agree on one thing so far, that this thread has devolved into nothing but utter nonsense. lmao

Given what you said, would you say that a woman's menstrual cycle is a biological disadvantage in business and most likely accounts for the fact that their are more male CEO's than there are female CEO's of fortune 500 companies??? In other words, would you say the reason there are more male CEO's of fortune 500 companies than female CEO's of fortune 500 companies, is the result of biology, not discrimination???
