Even injecting male steroids to get their body big and muscular, something which has some permanent effect on the body, moving their physical body further away from the secretly desired goal? You think someone would actually do that just to make other people not suspect they want to be a woman?

 

It's not really that bizarre, if you think about it.
He is so attracted to and enmeshed in the female body that he wants to have those attributes for himself, for his own body.

The problem is, I think a lot of these trans persons do not actually give enough thought to how hard and unrealistic it will be to have other females, who they very much desire, be attracted to them and stay with them, once they change their body.

I still think you're going to absurd lengths to try to justify the ideology and preconceived beliefs in your mind.
For the sake of argument I'll grant there may be a possibility that some transgenders "feel they are a woman inside and have always known" but that does not mean it's true for the majority of them. Especially these days, with the numbers of transgenders exploding.

In my opinion - I don't care what an adult wants to do with his body - to color his hair, to make tattoos or to change male body to a female body. I would like to change my body too - to replace my old body to a body of 20 years old - unfortunately our cosmetic industry cannot do it - yet. If this guy is happy in a female body - good for him.

 

That quote is a clear warning about Trump. You do support him as well as Russia don't you?

I’m my opinion it’s scientifically impossible to transition plain and simple. So never can anyone try to transform into the opposite sex.

You guys might be onto something. Maybe his sense that perhaps he wasn't masculine enough drove him to overdo masculinity until he gave up on that and went too far in the opposite direction. Somewhere in those two extremes is a normal guy maybe?

 

For that to even be true, we would have to assume that the trans person in such a case does not even really know what they want and is gender-confused.

 

That would be my take. Life is strange, confusing, and cruel, misleading everyone to one degree or another.

 

Our society, from our laws down through our culture, adds very serious pressure on individuals.

It's not surprising that one result is a higher suicide rate.

WE can help by acceptance and support rather than with laws and exclusion.

 

We can also cease sending them down the wrong paths and having them collide with long held standards. Do Not Enter signs are there for a reason.

 

Maybe, but Republicans are not suggesting anything even slightly similar to ensuring there is a healthy path.

In fact, I see no attempt toward improving the situation - unless you see prosecution, denial of medical service, blame for those who are homeless, etc. as being "improvement".

Either you are BORN transgender or you are NOT. About 1 in 50 people will probably be born on the trans SPECTRUM as opposed to 1 in 5 being born on the LBGTQ spectrum.
